Self contained studio close to Kennet & Avon Canal

JanaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautifully decorated little cottage right by the canal that had everything we needed after a days of cycling along the canal especially a comfy bed and a hot shower! The studio has many lovely touches and we very much enjoyed our stay. Caroline was super easy to communicate with and very accomodating. She even found a safe space for us to be able to store our bikes for the night. Lovely, lovely place to spend a night or more!

Foxglove Studio

I really enjoyed my stay at Foxglove Sudio. The photographs posted do not do the property justice. The location is idyllic and peaceful. Frances was very responsive in all communications. The studio was fitted out with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. This will be my go to place on any future visits to this area. Thank you Frances !

Cottage in Highclere

This is a lovely cottage, beautifully decorated and kitted out, it feels like no expense was spared. The shower was wonderful and the White Company shower gel was a real bonus! The property is on a quiet lane with no street lights or passing cars, perfect if you like peace and quiet. The location was great for our trip to the Bombay Sapphire gin company and there were lots of walks and other places worth visiting too. We'd definitely recommend Louisa's place and would stay again.

Comfortable detached annex for 2

A hidden gem. My son and I used it as a base for trips to Paultons Park and Lego Land. The grounds are fab and everything about the environment worked for us. Very quick to respond to us and delightful to communicate with.

Roger's Orchard ~ Glamping

CharlotteRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Absolutely beautiful little hideaway, Lyla was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make this little over night stay so special (was a total surprise birthday treat for my husband) and she made it beautiful ❤️ Loved getting back to nature and seeing the wildlife, got slightly spooked by the dear and pheasant on my evening trip to the toilet!, but it was beautiful 🥰 I really enjoyed the outdoor shower, seemed weird to be showering while watching the birds fly around, thought at one point the pheasant was going to try and shower with me😳🤣 It felt very strange not having to flush the toilet🤣 We went to a lovely Italian restaurant in Hungerford 👌🏻 highly recommend. The smell from the roses is amazing as you walk to the shepherds hut. All in all 10/10, if your looking for somewhere very quiet and want to get in touch with your nature side then this is definitely the place to go, Thank you so much Lyla for everything, would love to return, highly recommend this place

Stunning Country House in Hampshire

KatyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed our stay at this charming home in the heart of the English countryside! It’s just a scenic two-hour drive from London, with so many top sights—Bournemouth, Bath, Bristol, the Cotswolds, Stonehenge, Wilton House and quaint villages—all within about 90 minutes. The house itself is wonderfully spacious, with a quirky, historic layout that feels both cozy and full of character. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms and a full bath; there’s an additional bathroom downstairs. The beds and couch are all incredibly comfy, and the Wi-Fi is fast—perfect for remote work. Check out at Mayfly on the river (only a 20-minute drive)—fantastic food and views! The house/water can get chilly read the house manual and coordinate with host for prompt help with adjustments.

foxglove hideaway

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The hut was comfy, clean and well equipped. Kathe and Simon were friendly and helpful. We had a bbq on our last night with local meat from the on site farm shop. We visited the pub which was a 5 minute walk and visible from the hut. We loved watching the sheep, lambs, chickens and red kites!
