We will welcome you in a room with its own completely independent entrance, from the outside of the house. This room, on the ground floor of our villa, is completely refurbished. We are in close proximity to the beaches and marina. You will stay in a large air-conditioned room with TV, 140 x 190 bed and will have a bathroom with toilet, all completely independent and private. There is a coffee maker, a small fridge and a microwave.

Air-conditioned studio of about 30M2 in Port de Bouc, you will have access to several beaches in a few minutes by car. Located in my main residence it has an independent entrance you will have free access to it without having to go through our house. Adjoining private terrace, Easy and free parking a few meters away.
