The condominium is very organized and the pool area is very large and great. There is a certain bureaucracy for the first access (condominium rules), so have the documents of everyone in hand. The available vacancy is easy access with good space between vehicles. It is close, but to get to know the beaches or to go to the centre it will be necessary to use the car (which was not a problem). The apartment is great, large, airy and comfortable. The available Smart TV enabled me to access my streaming services. The air of the rooms works well. On the terrace there is a second bathroom that was very useful (missing a box or a curtain at least), in addition to a living area with barbecue. Something important : there is no hot water in the showers. It wasn't a problem, but there are guests who don't rule out a hot bath. The host was requested to resolve all matters. Would recommend.

One of the best stays I've ever stayed in! Dona Ilzabete is very kind and helpful . It was quite flexible at checkout time. The place is gorgeous , very quiet with the beach next door. The very comfortable and complete flat with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Note 10000000 in all questions. thank you very much Dona Ilzabete. I'm already looking forward to coming back!

Great hosts, the place is wonderful, super quiet. The house is beautiful, organized and clean, has all the basic accessories for cooking, air conditioning, swimming pool, well met the needs when I went with a family with 6 people. The Hosts were super helpful and thoughtful. Super recommend, 10!

Excellent Apartment. It has quietly accommodated 6 adults and one baby. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and new and powerful air conditioned, there were still two single mattresses available that we used to lie on the top floor, in the barbecue area. Good pressure electric shower. Available sheets and towels. I only missed a wine opener among the kitchen utensils, but a neighbor kindly lent us. I will certainly stay there again and refer it to friends.

We were well received, Kátia is very kind and helped us a lot. The location is great, very close to Broadway. The space is well organized and clean, we really like it, we will definitely come back another time!!!

Briefly, expectations were exceeded. With respect to the house, to the service offered, at the price, to the location…to everything. Tactus and broker Michelle were 100%. I highly recommend!!!

The stay in the apartment of Danielle was wonderful! The condominium is well located, the best is that it has a spectacular and very pleasant view in the part of the sollarium! It offers a hammock, a wonder to relax! I'll come back other times!

Great place , great location, great value

Great site for those seeking peace of mind. Near the sea and the main street (Broadway). We will be hosting exactly as described in the listing. I liked it a lot. Our host, Alana, always very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

Very good! Great location! It's at the end of Broadway but doesn't get the noise from the street. Space as described, the rooms have air conditioning ( even though this was not very clear in the listing, which suggested that only 1 had air). I missed being able to open some windows and more kitchen appliances. But the listing matched what was in the house, and for a few days it works well!
