I spent Semana Santa with four more couples, in all, we were 11 people, including one child. The house is simply perfect: beautiful, cozy and very well-equipped. We had a small intercurrence with the air-conditioning due to the energy oscillation in the city, but Nayana was super attentive and solved everything quickly, which allowed us to continue enjoying the worry-free stay. In addition, they were truly renovating days on the site. We barely left the house, so pleasant was the environment. The team is impeccable — all very polite, kind and caring. Without a doubt, I want to come back at another time!

Super quiet stay. Well-equipped house, several points to visit and the beaches one better than the other.

The house is exactly like in the pictures, there is plenty of space, new furniture is a perfect place to rest with family! The super comfortable rooms, the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, no one wanted to get out of the pool and the barbecue deck had everything we needed. It really surprised me because in many houses there are no basic items and in Vila t&a we don't have to worry! The house has security cameras, even though the wall was a little low, we did not feel unsafe. The Jaguaribe River is 2 minutes from the house as shown in the photos, it's surreal beautiful! Hortega helped us and welcomed us very well, we really enjoyed talking with him. Anyway, Vila T&A was the best choice I've ever made.

The house is very spacious and super comfortable. We went in 13 people and everyone felt at home. We went to New Year's and the city of Fortim had some small energy problems, but the owner Rayanne and her Valdecir (the homemaker) have always been very helpful and responded and solved whenever we talked to them! I'll definitely come back again ! 🙏🏽🙌🏽

Casa da Ponta is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms are comparable to 5 star hotels. The visual is, without a doubt, one of the most privileged in the region. One of the highlights is the service provided. Staff super well prepared and competent. Nayana, house manager, is super kind and prepared to assist in the home experience as a whole. The owners are also extremely generous in receiving. The house is an excellent choice for the most demanding groups looking for an exclusive and private experience on the best beaches in the Northeast.

The stay was perfect, new, well-equipped chalets, all thought out with a lot of whim for guests, we'll come back more often!

Good accommodation. The host responds quickly and kindly. The house corresponds to the images. It has 2 suites, good for up to 2 couples. The street is new, it can be difficult to find on Maps, but the host gave good instructions. It already has sheets and towels. Equipped kitchen. The beach is beautiful, when I went it was not so busy, ideal for relaxing.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and close to everything. Very clean, well-equipped, all brand new. We had a wonderful stay! Go without fear and enjoy perfect days in paradise that is Fortim. The view from the sunset on the lookout of the house is sensational! I highly recommend it!
