Holiday rentals with a patio in Fort Wayne

My friend and I stayed here and it was beautiful. The apartment was very modern and clean. It was very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The host was great communicating with. I recommend!

It was a great place to stay for the weekend. We had enough room for the 6 kids we had! They enjoyed the lot across the street playing football in the field. It was a great location as well.

We had a great visit with family and friends in the area. The home was convenient to a local grocery and walking path. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We looking to using the home again when we are in the area.

We cannot say enough amazing things about this host and their property! This is the second time we have booked this location to call home during cheer competitions. It is close to the colosseum where our comp was located. Both Lori and her husband have been wonderful hosts! Quick to respond, helpful and friendly. This stay we pulled up as they happened to be at the property gardening. We were able to meet the hosts, and my kiddos immediately loved them! Lori made sure there were games and toys inside the home for my kiddos to enjoy. She offered my oldest to create a floral arrangement during our stay (we ran out of time to do this). All weekend when we would pull up to the property my kids first question was always, "Is Lori and her husband here?". The only "issue" we had was during this last stay. The upstairs guest were noisy on our last night. We were woke up around 3am by their stomping and talking. Not anything the owner can fix, just something to note when you book.

Wonderful stay! Atalie was an incredibly responsive host and answered all my questions quickly. I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one stood out for its beautiful decor. The space features a piano, a spacious kitchen, and a great overall layout—perfect for a comfortable visit. If I’m ever back in Columbia City, this is definitely where I’ll stay again.

I stayed here a couple nights while working a show at the Embassy Theatre. It is a great location and within walking distance which was very convenient during my stay. Also very close by walks: TinCap's Parkview field, the public library, the hospital, and many local restaurants. Parking is included in the lot right behind building, and it is pet friendly, which was a huge plus for me. Nearby Camp Allen Park is a nice place to take the pooch. Haley did a great job converting an old carriage house into a very cozy dwelling with all the necessities and tasteful decor. Ideal for solo business travelers like me or couples. I recommend this place to anyone visiting or working in downtown Fort Wayne. I wish I could have stayed longer, the historic neighborhood is lovely and I felt right at home.

This is the second time my sister and I have stayed here on a visit to Ft. Wayne. We would definitely stay here again. Brent is very quick to respond to any concerns. The yard is particularly nice for my service dog, and having a fully equipped kitchen and onsite laundry is a real plus.

The host was very friendly, accommodating and included everything we needed for a perfect stay, including extras like snacks and dog treats. Bed was very comfortable. Home was very spacious. Neighbors were friendly. I could tell a lot of work went into updating this home. Price and availability were perfect.

what a gem! such a beautiful home with fantastic outdoor space! quiet, peaceful, we had everything we needed and more! super comfortable beds and furniture, lovely decor, such a charming home! the back yard space is fun, comfy, private, and a perfect spot to spend our evenings there. we absolutely loved staying here and will 100% stay again next time we need to visit family in Huntington! these hosts thought of everything to make it a home away from home! very close to town but away enough for a peaceful neighborhood feel! 100% recommend this home to anyone needing to stay in Huntington!

Kelly was a great host! She was very responsive when I had questions and accommodated our unique situation. The house was clean, well equipped for what we needed and felt so cozy! The town is great with a nice downtown area that is walkable from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, right downtown, close to shops, restaurants, etc. We had a family event and the house worked perfectly for that - plenty of room, nice open design on ground floor with an open and well equipped kitchen. The house is a renovation, and they did a good job with the updates. Very clean and host was accessible for questions. We would rent this house again for trips to Fort Wayne.

We had a super great visit as first time visitors to FW. We came for a symphony performance specifically, but had a great time generally. Farmer’s Market on Barr, Friendly Fox for brunch, drinks at the Brass Rail and we LOVED the new bistro witching 2 blocks of the unit - The Abstract. As regular travelers, FW was a ton of affordable fun and Julie’s unit was one of the most lovely and creative spaces we’ve stayed in a decade. Came to FW to celebrate turning 50 and happy I do so. We will be back! Appreciate this space!

Wish I could have stayed longer! It’s so nice and the location was fantastic, close to the venue of the concert we were going to. Super cozy, would love to return!
