Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.

This is the second time my sister and I have stayed here on a visit to Ft. Wayne. We would definitely stay here again. Brent is very quick to respond to any concerns. The yard is particularly nice for my service dog, and having a fully equipped kitchen and onsite laundry is a real plus.

We arrived later than we’d planned and it was so nice to pull the car in the garage, unload the dogs and the essentials & leave the rest for morning. The bed was heavenly. The neighborhood is quiet. Scott’s place has the most beautiful fenced back yard. I wish we’d had more time for a fire or to use the grill. There are folding lawn chairs, towels to wipe dirty paws and beautiful flowers blooming. Really nice stay!

Mathew’s place was great. Close to everything! The back screened in patio with heaters was amazing - spent most of our time there! So peaceful and comfortable! Only drawback was 1 full bathroom (there is a 1/2 bath too) with 8 adults trying to get ready in the morning.

Beautifully remodeled home. Had everything one would need; modern and impeccably clean. Plenty of space to spread out. All correspondence is through a management company, not an owner. The company responded to all requests within minutes. The surrounding neighborhood is rather run-down, but everything we needed was a short drive or walk away.

We had a great peaceful five days at the lake, very quiet and relaxing. The steps were a challenge, but we handled them. We made use of kayaks and fire pit which both had the equipment needed. We will definitely return but later into summer next time as it was kinda chilly our first few days. All and all it was a great vacation get away.

Our two families really enjoyed Brock’s space. It was spacious, clean and incredibly peaceful. The sleeping spaces were fantastic for all nine of us and the basement and loft were fun spaces for the kids to play. Thanks again for a great trip!
