Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fort Washington

Mark made us feel like we stayed at a luxury hotel. The use of the garage was wondeful especially for the hot days we encounterd. Having a cool car was excellent. Friendly neighbors. We had a great time.

Everything was set to like hotel. Clean beds, bathrooms had extra soaps, toilet paper, blow dryer, and shampoo and conditioner. I loved the house it’s set up. The only problem I would say it’s a 4 level home and you only get the top half and some eles lives underneath you. When I thought I paid for the whole house. The sliding door is so hard to open. And pest control. Everything else was great, he’s a phone call away for any questions.

We loved our stay. Coming from Texas to attend a Golf Tournament, we all enjoyed this beautiful space. Thank you. Truly a gem in DMV. Having the playground for the kiddos was perfect.

This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Nebiyu’s house. It was more than enough room for our group and very convenient location to National Harbor and Old Town Alexandria. The house was spacious and clean!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home! Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The host was kind, responsive, and cared about creating a peaceful and inviting environment. Every detail — from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy bed — made it a truly relaxing experience. The place was wonderful. It was wonderful timely responsive My Children enjoyed themselves. My wife didn’t complain and she loves to complain so she didn’t have one complaint which made everything absolutely perfect and I would definitely book there again in the next time I visit Maryland. It was wonderful experience.

This location is everything we needed. We had a guys trip planned and it was above and beyond. The house itself is clean, well laid out and very accommodating. It’s at the end of a quiet street. Plenty of parking! The house is so nice we almost didn’t want to leave to go out but if you do go out there’s plenty to do. Outstanding location. We took a Lyft/Uber anytime we left and they were very affordable. 20 minutes to DC. 5 minutes to MGM Grand and National Harbor. Plenty of great food and nice places to go out. After having all that fun you get to go back to a cozy, aesthetically pleasing house which is sure to impress! I hope the host can keep the cost relatively the same because it was very affordable for the group! Thank you Crystal for being so patient and polite. You truly made this guys trip a success. My brothers had such a good time that I now have to plan the rest of the trips going forward. Thx for that lol!

My wife and I stayed at Amy’s place for roughly a week while we moved into NVA. Her place was excellent and at a convenient location - short drive to the metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and I really liked the peace of the woods behind the house. We definitely recommend staying here. Amy and was very proactive with offering assistance and recommendations, the apartment was clean and spacious, nice kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Anne is very thorough when checking on a guest. She wants people to feel comfortable and makes sure they understand how to operate the appliances in the home. She has a garden and doesn't mind sharing the fresh herbs and berries in them. Initially, I was bummed about the strict check-out time (out by 8:00 am), but due to a delay in the cleaning service's ability to arrive to clean the place, I was able to check out at 11:00 am. She was responsive to questions or concerns I had. Her home is immaculate! She explained the cleaning/sterilization process, so this is a great place to stay for people who suffer from allergies. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are within walking distance of a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops.

Peter and Co-hosts were awesome. The place was easy to access, and Peter was proactive in sharing details and was awesome to let us park nearby after check out. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again when and if returning to DC. The location was tucked away enough to be away from traffic but close enough to access the big sites if you have a car. 10/10 recommend. And he’s right. The most affordable place you’ll find!!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

This was a gem of a stay in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants but felt secluded and serene. Easy for those needing to commute to DC. Felt like a home away from home.

Lena was an amazing host! If I could give her a 10 star ⭐️ review, I would. She was very responsive, accommodating, and understanding. Her place was immaculate and exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed, and I’m positive if we needed anything else she would have immediately made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend her beautiful, comfy, cozy place, without any hesitation, and the next opportunity we have to visit, we will stay again!❤️

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

Celia was one of the most accommodating hosts that I have encountered. She allowed an early check-in and late checkout. She had apples, bananas and nuts for snacks in addition to coffee beans and even a couple of containers of milk, so I didn’t have to run out for coffee. The space is in a historic house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It was quiet and there was a nice, private porch outback, which was a great spot for reading. The neighborhood itself is lovely with well maintained yards. A Metro station is about 1/2 mile away which allows easy access to all parts of DC. We were so happy with the accommodations, so I highly recommended Celia’s place.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the modern decor and appreciated the extra thoughtful amenities. A wonderful place to return to after a long day of walking in DC. Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
