Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

What a wonderful place to stay. Rick and Silvia are the nicest host we’ve met yet. The place was very clean and nice. Perfect for me and my wife. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice condo, a bit dated but worth the price. Beds not overall comfortable but did the job. Needed more furniture in our opinion, one three seat coach and bamboo chair in living room. Still a wonderful stay at a good price. Just was excellent!

A very nice, quiet, and comfortable apartment in a lovely setting on the Santa Rosa Bay. Very lovely, large clean pool with great landscaping. The bed and pillows were excellent. Both Joshua and Elizabeth were outstanding in responding to questions and needs immediately.

This is a stunning location. The access to the dock and kayak equipment made this stay an amazing experience. I wish I had stayed longer than one night so I could have enjoyed the access to the bay for a full day rather than just one evening and a morning, but the sunset from the dock and the morning paddle were still well worth it.

This place was absolutely perfect and looked exactly like the pictures! It was clean, private, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the kayaks – the kids had a blast paddling around, and the provided life jackets and cooler were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable, and we all rested well after long days of fun on the water. Being right on the harbor was such a cool experience, especially when we spotted dolphins swimming nearby – truly unforgettable! The atmosphere was peaceful, and we really appreciated the attention to detail in the home. It felt like a little hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We’ll definitely be back and will absolutely be leaving a five-star review. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing escape!

Our stay with our family was perfect! Stan did a great job communicating all of the things we needed to check in. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and even included items beyond basic needs. Our family was thankful for the golf cart that was included. Highly recommend this home and host.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you walk in and see outside the big windows, you have an absolutely gorgeous view of the bay. Kenny was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed and was very good at letting us know when people were coming by to clean the pool and pick up the yard. We saw dolphins every morning, caught all kinds of different fish (with fishing poles that were already at the house), walked across the street to the DG for any additional supplies we needed. It was such a good time! We could not have asked for a better family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was family oriented. I cannot say enough good things about this place and host. Perfect!

My wife and I stayed at Nancy’s house for our 6 year wedding anniversary it was so nice! Very peaceful and relaxing so close to the destin bridge we were able to take a 10 min ride over and enjoy ourselves would highly recommend her to anyone great host

My family of five enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place. The photos don’t do this place any justice. It is so clean, beautiful and comfortable. The view from the balconies is serene. We sat on the balcony at night and watched firework shows as well as listen to live music from a local restaurant. It’s located directly on the harbor walk and walking distance to most attractions. My children enjoyed the local beach as well as the shared pool. Ryan is definitely a Superhost! He was very responsive, friendly and provided recommendations. Ryan’s place will be our first choice when we visit Destin again!

We had a fantastic time at Thomas & Yiniba’s condo. It was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The resort staff were helpful and friendly. Although we never had a chance to try the onsite restaurant, it was nice to know it was there. The location has 4 fast elevators, which was great during busier times of the day. My family and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Robert’s place was extremely clean and really nice. We really enjoyed our weekend and would definitely stay there again.

I had actually booked through Air bnb and didn’t realize I could’ve saved fees by booking direct. Until 1402 looked just as pictured and we felt right at home. The beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) was very nice and the new service they offer of beach towels cooler, beach bag etc was a nice touch. I also took advantage of the service of having groceries delivered and the front desk put them away for us for a reasonable fee of 25. Since we got in late, I really appreciated this service. Will definitely book this unit again, direct next time :)

We stayed at mikes condo for three nights and it was perfect for our marriage little getaway! The balcony view is great, also as the walkway on the boat Dock. We enjoyed the pool as well. We went to Destin beach and it was very close. We also enjoyed going to Harbor walk has nice restaurants. Overall we loved the location and the codo itself. We plan on going back.

We had the BEST time while staying here! We had our 8, 6 and 4 year old and it was perfect for them! The beach toys and chairs were a great plus! Second year staying at the surf dweller and we will be back again next year! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and we loved the open floor concept. The balcony was large with plenty of furniture for our family of 5! We will most definitely be back to Dawns place! 🤍

Location, location, location. This unit at the Palms was an excellent location. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves was awesome and the beautiful views from the balcony. Having a private beach area to relax and of course having the 2 chairs and umbrella set up each day was an additional great benefit. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a comfortable stay to include washer and dryer. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive, and we were able to coordinate arriving a few hours earlier. This is a great escape for anyone looking for a beachfront vacation.

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

Wonderful homebase for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen/bathroom, and beautiful views. Great location on the beach with covered parking. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Short drive to Destin beaches. The provided beach towels, boogie boards, puzzles, and shampoo/conditioner were a plus and the kids loved the bunk beds. Prompt communication from Sam and easy to follow check-in/out instructions. Would stay again.

We visited with our two young children, and I was so pleased we did. The condo is right on the beach, which is beautiful. It came with an umbrella and two beach chairs, which were already set up! There was a great station for cleaning off the sand once we were done, and let us go directly to the pool. We loved it. The unit itself has a stunning view of the beach and the rooms are quiet and the kitchen and laundry was very easy to use. Take note: the kids bunk room does not have a closing door - just two swinging doors, so they can hear what is going on in the main area - but it is tucked away and our kids were so tired by the play, it wouldn’t have mattered. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay. Exactly as described. Nathalie replied to my pre-trip questions promptly. No need to contact her during our stay as everything was as expected. The property was ready early and Nathalie pro-actively contacted me to let me know. This gave us an extra afternoon on the beach! Book it. You won’t regret it.
