James is amazing host- very responsive and accommodating. Place was exactly as described, great location, very cute and clean. View is amazing and pool downstairs is a big plus for the hot days. We came to Destin for baseball tournament -we love the place. Strongly recommend.

This place is not even described accurately through the photos. This is the best Airbnb we’ve ever been to! The ocean is totally accessible as well as kayaks, paddle boards, etc. You can swim with large fish, dolphins, sting rays, etc. The mini-home is right off of the yard and you are able to do anything you want from there. It’s clean and precise with all of the labels showing you how to work everything. All in all, an amazing visit! 100% recommend

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

Stayed at this apartment and honestly, it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better — just a straight 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are all super close. The apartment itself was really comfortable. One thing I appreciated the most was how great the sleeping setup was. In Florida, it’s either too hot or freezing from the AC, but here everything felt just right. The ceiling fans in every room were a great touch — made the whole place feel fresh and breezy. The design of the apartment was really nice, cozy but modern. We were a group of four, including a 4-year-old, and it felt super safe and comfortable for all of us. The pool was also great — not crowded at all, even in June. Lots of parking available and super easy access from the garage to the elevator. Would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be booking again next time!

This was the perfect place to stay for a little trip. It is also the perfect distance to the beach and places to eat!

Monica’s place was as described. Building and parking lot can be a bit confusing to navigate but that’s to no fault of the place. Beach space is easy to access but not much space unless you plan on paying the crazy prices for an umbrella and chair usage that they make sure create a wall between you and the beach (again, no fault of the rental) pool is heated and nice with hot tub on one side which we spent some good time in. Had live music at the outside pavilion one night we were there. It is at the end of a quiet road so getting in and out isn’t too difficult. The condo itself was clean, and well supplied. The bedroom windows open up to the public hallway outside the room and not much light gets down anyways so the bedroom stays very dark all day. The balcony was nice to sit on and relax. Bed is very firm memory foam and pillows could use replacing as they are quite flat. AC works good.

Our stay at this condo was lovely! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was having the convenience of a boat lift and being so close to Crab Island—it made our trip even more enjoyable. This place was absolutely perfect and looked exactly like the pictures! It was clean, private, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the kayaks – the kids had a blast paddling around, and the provided life jackets and cooler were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable, and we all rested well after long days of fun on the water. Being right on the harbor was such a cool experience, especially when we spotted dolphins swimming nearby – truly unforgettable! The atmosphere was peaceful, and we really appreciated the attention to detail in the home. It felt like a little hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We’ll definitely be back and will absolutely be leaving a five-star review. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing escape!

This was our second time staying here. Both stays were everything we’d hoped for. So good for the kids, riding bikes around the neighborhood, from pool to pool, and even to the beach! Easy access to many shops and restaurants. If you couldn’t ride bikes there you can always use the golf cart. Anytime I needed to inform Stan of anything or ask questions he was responsive. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Dragan's place fit our needs perfectly. It's cute but with little space for luggage or "stuff", but is exactly what we needed and what we expected. Great balcony and 2 minute walk to the beach. kids loved the pool too. Great spot!

I really enjoyed by stay! The unit was great, beautiful views, quiet surroundings (even with it being a holiday weekend), assigned parking space in the parking garage near the elevator, and having the beach service made for a great stay!!

Great location! Close to the beach and a short drive to Osteen beach which was beautiful as well. Close to restaurants, could see crab island from the balcony. It was also nice watching the boats go in and out of the harbor from the balcony, and even saw fireworks from our room one night. Very clean, and would definitely stay there again!
