Townhome holiday rentals in Fort Walton Beach

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

Jades was an amazing host. The condo was well stocked, cozy space, great playroom and beds were comfortable. The beach across the street was spectacular, white sand with minimal people. It was really nice and peaceful. It made it easy to keep a close eye on our young children playing while we relaxed. We didn’t have a working washer/dryer for the first five days which was very unpleasant since we had small children and packed lightly knowing we could doing laundry. However, Jade contacted a technician right away. Even though he couldn’t get the system working, Jade offered a laundry service or to use another units washer/dryer. I did a few loads of laundry in a day and got caught up. Wasn’t convenient although, it solved our problem. Which was great. We can’t help when things break. I appreciated the quick response and helpfulness Jade offered. We would love to come back. The location was close to nearby restaurants and a coffee truck. Thank you, Victoria

This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

Our stay was great! Vivian was very responsive when we needed help and she got us what we needed right away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were only minutes away from any beach we wanted to go to. The location was close to all the restaurants but also far enough away that it was relaxing. It was very beautiful and it made our trip extra special.

I couldn't be happier with the stay! Deborah was an amazing host. The place was incredible! There was so much to do in the area, it was close to so many things. 5-7 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute drive tops to the closest grocery store and 10-15 minutes to literally everything else! Highly recommend is an understatement.

Our stay was exactly what we were expecting. It was a lovely townhouse with an easy 3-4 min walk to a private beach. We did not have to cross and roads. The pool was less than a min walk. The stay was clean and stocked for you to get started. The beds were comfortable and linens were comfortable and clean. There is a Target, Winn-Dixie, Publix and Walgreens a 10 min walk or 2-3 min drive to stock the fridge. We had an issues with the door code but was solved within 5 mins by texting the Grand Welcome Destin. The property is very quiet in the mornings and evenings.

The Airbnb was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive. There was a lot of things to do in the area. The only issue I had was not with house but Ft. Walton beach had a lot of moss in it and it was very green. So me and my family drove to Destin daily to the beach because it was much clearer. Ft. Walton did have a great pier to walk and they have firework shows every Wed night & that was a great show. If I ever plan to go back to Florida I wouldn’t mind stay at this same Airbnb because it felt like home! ❤️

Christopher and Heather were a great host. The location was perfect distance from the beach and other attractions. The house was clean and spacious for our family. Peaceful neighborhood. Overall the location was great we would recommend and rent again from him.

Quang was a very good host!! He was very helpful with any and all questions I had and always responded when messaged. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him.

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be coming back. Everything was clean and had everything you need. Being able to walk a few feet and be at the beach was amazing and a great convenience for the kiddos.

We had the best time! The place was immaculate and so beautiful! The location was great! All of the local beaches were close by and easy to get to. The golf cart was an absolute hit with our children and made it so nice going to and from the beach. The Destin Commons shopping center was a very short walk. We recommend Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s, Dat Burrito Place, and definitely hit the Yard Milkshake Bar at least once during your visit. The host touched base with us and made sure to be more than accommodating. Our first trip to Florida was outstanding!

Great stay Place was very clean and comfortable Sarah was helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Golf cart made things fun and easy for the kids Would go back.

Great place, very clean. Location is good. Not far from Destin. Lots of stuff to do in both Ft. Walton and Destin.

Chip was a great host and shared a lot of recommendations that we checked out during our stay. The place was perfect for us. 2 nice size bedrooms and great baths. Great washing machine and dryer as well as all great appliances. We took advantage of the great kitchen. We also really enjoyed the balcony. The Prominece is also perfect for doggies. Jody & Tom

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Great 2BR condo that offers nice amenities. At first we were nervous about the extra distance to the beach compared to other properties but this was no issue at all. Between the provided beach wagon to walk, plenty of parking at the front of the apartments, and being close to a beach access with parking, this was never a concern. The pools are very nice as well. The unit itself was as described. What stood out to me on this stay was actually our host, Chris. We had a couple issues when we first arrived (out of our and his control) and Chris was very responsive and reacted very quickly to solve these problems. He earned a return customer in us and we hope to go back another time.

Holly welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is a great deal with the option of the private beach. A quiet neighborhood with lots of places nearby for food and activities. We definitely enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Destin and everything it has to offer.
