Holiday rentals with beach access in Fort-de-France

We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The garden and pool offer a real haven of peace, surrounded by Martinique nature… We immediately feel like we are on vacation. Thanks again for hosting, we recommend this place without a second thought!

You'll love living at Cédric's. The studio is beautiful, with beautiful large bedrooms, a well ventilated living space (feel like living outside) The massage chair is 5 stars after our days of great hikes. The really interesting little pool of water we took advantage of it. We were lucky enough to share a rum drink and coconut juice with our hosts. Cédric responds quickly to messages which we enjoyed. I will rent this studio again without hesitation

Leila and her parents are attentive and available. The accommodation is set back, but far from the hustle and bustle, and you can enjoy the calm... Be careful, however, of the presence of a dog in the neighborhood that barks regularly. A small issue concerning us, following comments from tenants, Leila installed privacy screens to ensure privacy at the pool. I just find it a shame because it also prevents the view of the sea. The punch bowl is a real treat in the evening, after a day of sightseeing The accommodation is very well equipped and really nice for a romantic holiday A big thank you for your welcome and kindness… We highly recommend it!

Week of May 10-17, 2025 in Carbet. Great location! Close to bakery and Petibonum restaurant and Neison rum shop. Beautiful view and proximity to the sea! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge to do a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes because there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove the sand when coming back from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Thank you for this wonderful week of vacation! We will definitely go back!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this accommodation. This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in to date. Everything has been carefully thought out so that travelers have a pleasant stay. The large pool and spa were pure joy. Corinne was very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working on a holiday and did everything to get the problem fixed quickly, which we greatly appreciated. We recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure.

Beautiful, modern apartment in an extraordinary location with sea views The apartment is a real highlight – open plan, stylishly furnished and with a stunning view right on the sea. Inside and outside merge here: The living area merges seamlessly into the terrace, creating a unique feeling of living. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, everything was very clean and maintained. The location is exceptionally quiet and yet easily accessible. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back – highly recommended!

This place is wonderful! The view is breathtaking and the way everything is configured is perfect to take advantage of that view. The outdoor area completes perfectly the indoor space, and the shutters that open right to the patio make it 1000x better! The house has everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen with top notch appliances. We had such a great time. We will be back!

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

Dream stay in this house! The pool was perfect with the kids! Diving and swimming directly from the end of the dock. The house had everything you needed and more. It felt like home! I recommend to everyone!

A real favorite for this bungalow, its tranquility, its decor, its view, its bedding, the spa much appreciated after a big day of visits, the kayak to go see the iguanas at the Chancel islet (a little heavy to go down and go up the path even with the wheels, but we got there!). We were able to enjoy the barbecue and meet on the terrace anolis, gecko, toad... Thanks to Florent for his friendly, quick and efficient welcome. The area is ideal for visiting the Trinity, the peninsula of the caravel, Sainte Marie and its tombolo, the Habitation Clément, the François, the white backgrounds, the Josephine bathtub...

Small practical studio, we only stayed there one night. Clean, welcoming host. There is a place provided for your car and it's really an advantage.

Fabulous stay at Pascal's Ti chou chou. There were 2 of us and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the amenities and Pascal's help on a daily basis. We saw 3 ravet beetles at the beginning of our stay in the accommodation, which are insects that are part of the local fauna, but Pascal immediately reacted to help us eliminate them and no other ravet beetles were seen. I recommend this accommodation for your stay in Martinique.

A little piece of paradise in Martinique, a private pebble beach, with all the necessary amenities, large terrace with a small living room for our aperitifs, more on the beach chairs and tables to enjoy the sunsets. the place was convenient, quiet , just the mosquitoes that were present as soon as the sun rises. the little touches when we arrived was very nice. very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of the donkey cove. difficult to walk to given the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. Alexandra was not available upon arrival and departure,so we were hosted very well by Vanessa. thank you both isabella and bruno

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . The accommodation is perfectly located and secured thanks to a security barrier to have access to the estate. Easy access pool and welcome after a day in the sun. 880 meters from the Diamond Beach which seemed to us the most fun. With 1 meter waves perfect for fun. Our stay was intended to bike beautiful and safe place despite the first impressions of the behavior of motorists. There Martinique is very hilly with changes to more than 15% but good pleasure in practicing our sport. In closing, I recommend all couples to have a great experience in a beautiful location.

This apartment is for us a gem. The angles of view are extraordinary. You can hear the sound of the waves. Two beaches are very close and so nice. Close to everything we loved it. The space, the size, the cleanliness, the kitchen everything was really spotless and to our liking. Close to everything we are still located in a quiet and relaxing environment. No noisy or disturbing neighbors. We really loved everything. We travel a lot and use AirBNb often and this place is one of our favorites. We highly recommend it. We were my spouse and I with our son-daughter and 6-year-old little boy. We had plenty of space- beautiful privacy so easy. And the few good meals taken from this huge and magnificent terrace. And the few meals prepared with such a view. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Monika. Oh yes the welcome was great too Monika was there to receive us. Thank you again.

An excellent stay in a dream spot. A warm welcome, good local fruits in reception. Excellent! The apartment is nice and pleasant to live in. Choice of restaurants and beaches nearby, on foot or in the surrounding area by car. Our only regret was not staying longer.
