Located 2 miles from Highway 1 in Fort Bragg, this residence is still very close to downtown and other attractions. You can be at Pudding Creek Beach in 5 minutes, at Glass Beach and the Skunk Train in 7 minutes, at the world-famous Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens 12 minutes, and in the historic downtown of Mendocino Village in 20 minutes.

The Seadog is less than a mile to the beach and botanical gardens. Located conveniently close to all Fort Bragg amenities, and a short drive to the historic village of Mendocino. Firepit in the backyard, lush gardens, Vermont gas stove, and nautical theme throughout make for an authentic Mendocino Coast experience. Third bedroom has reading/play area for children. A library of games, movies, a smart TV and WiFi for all your entertainment needs. We love pets too! Two gated spacious yards.

Additional $25 flat fee Ev charging. $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. We have a price list for ballons, champagne, roses, and gift baskets. It's attached to a guest home by 5 feet.
