The house is beautiful! We totally enjoyed our stay. We loved that back porch and fire pit. We hope this house will be available next year at this time when we return for our yearly visit. Thanks for everything.

This home was exactly as described. Clean and cozy. The floor plan was perfect for meeting up with my son and his family. We were able to have a wonderful family bbq. The only thing I would suggest is putting a small tv in the bunk bed room for the small humans so the adults could congregate in the main living space (our 5 year old hogged the tv in the main space 🤣) Our beds/mattresses were way more comfortable than most hotels. We’ve now turned my son and daughter in law on to using Airbnb as well. Regina was wonderful!! Can say enough good about her attentiveness!!!!

Our group of three families stayed at this Airbnb for a wedding, and it was an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax and feel at home. One of the best parts of the stay was the stunning waterfront location. Waking up to the beautiful views and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere made our trip even more special. It was the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. The host was amazing—super responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and scenic retreat!

Overall great stay had a couple problems with the lock but other than that worth the price.

Stay was nice and relaxing. Property maintained neat & clean. The lake view and the deck add more pleasantness during the stay. Owner was responsive and nice to deal with.

The place was absolutely super clean, warm and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was a great space - clean, convenient to Lake Lanier with a cute down town area. Debbie was so kind and let us know about local activities in the area. The only thing to note is the proximity to the railroad tracks - there are frequent trains that pass through the near by intersection and blast their horn.

For my first BNB booked, I will say me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful, the neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the directions were very clear and easy to understand. We definitely recommend staying and we do plan on booking again in the future

Eli, was very accommodating! He was quick to respond to anything we needed, to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Eli, also added items, without us even asking, like new cushions, for the deck. Although cozy, his place was very modern, clean & served our needs. Very quiet neighborhood & peaceful deck, with a nice view.

What a perfect little place. I travel to Atlanta for work for a couple weeks at a time and this was a great find. Feels very private. Does not feel like you are in someone's home. Very quiet. Beautiful patio outside and full kitchen. I did all my own cooking and the kitchen was great. The bathroom is very nice with a wonderful shower. A lot of space, 2 full bedrooms and a living and dining area. I will always check to see if this place is available for my future trips. So happy to find this place.

Great way to stay in Alpharetta so you can be in a safe place near Atlanta and the north Georgia mountains!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

Such an amazing find, i really enjoy my stay. not only was gee a delight with communication and customer service so was the staff at the building. The place looks good in the photos but even better in person. Definitely money well spent:)

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

Worked perfectly for my quick stay. Kitchen was much smaller than i expected but it was well equipped. The place was clean and just as shown in photos

Very nice area and location in East Cobb area of Roswell, GA. High end residential area. 3 minutes down the road is Publix and Kroger shopping centers along with restaurants, cleaners and gas stations. The location is a bit of a drive to major highways like 285 and GA 400 because it is imbedded into neighborhoods. Very responsive hosts. Any questions or concerns I had they got right back with me and indeed came out timely. This is a basement apartment of a large house. Both are rented out as Air B&B. If both areas above & the basement apartment are rented out at same time, you can hear each other. Be a respectful neighbors. Nice backyard,sides not fenced, perfect for dogs. Everyone that came while I was there brought their dog(s). The driveway is super steep & curves to right going up.House is on a hill, first one on the left as you turn off Childers.Take driveway slow, Low gear depending car. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. Very satisfied with my stay of 2 months.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
