Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

Just 350 m away, within walking distance, is the public, free lake access (toilets, changing rooms available). Töschling train station and the bus stop are only a few meters away. Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Sweet little home am Wörthersee

Entspannung pur oder high life in Velden! Wanderwege und Radwege direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Wörthersee ist keine 150m Luftlinie entfernt. Velden liegt 2km entfernt. Klein aber fein mit einem 50m2 großen Garten, wo du auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen kannst. Das neu renovierte Appartement besticht durch sein klares Design und seine Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kannst du durch ein großes Panoramafenster ins Grüne blicken.

Stelzenhaus in Schiefling am Wörthersee

Das auf Stelzen stehende Filzatelier bietet einen geräumigen Schlaf/Wohnraum Richtung Westen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Highlight ist ein mit Holz zu befeuernder Zusatzherd . Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.

Die moderne Wohnung mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 80 m² besticht durch ihre zentrale Lage – nur etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Herzen Veldens entfernt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der private Badesteg am Wörthersee, der sich rund 1 km von der Wohnung entfernt befindet und exklusiv zur freien Nutzung bereitsteht.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
