Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Forli

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per il GP di Imola e siamo stati benissimo! La zona è centrale e molto tranquilla, non abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere Imola. La casa è bellissima, come da descrizione! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato uno spumantino per brindare, un gesto molto apprezzato! L'host è stata molto disponibile ed è stato un piacere conoscerla prima della partenza per fare due chiacchiere. Se ci fosse l'occasione in futuro, ritorneremo sicuramente!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit unseren beiden Kindern bei Stefano und es hat uns überaus gut gefallen! Die Lage war sehr, sehr ruhig und man war sehr schnell zu Fuß bei der U Bahn, wo wir alle Sehenswürdigkeit problemlos erreichen konnten. Der Vatikan war fußläufig erreichbar. Der kleine Balkon war wirklich herrlich zum draußen sitzen, wo wir unseren Prosecco genießen konnten, der schon vom Gastgeber für uns kaltgestellt wurde. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

Für Menschen, die Ruhe in der Natur suchen, wandern möchten und keine Angst vor kilometerlanger einspuriger Anfahrt haben, der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und für Entdeckungstouren in die noch nicht überlaufene Umgebung von Florenz, wo Giotto, die Medici, die Etrusker u.v.m. ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben. Unterkunft klasse geschnitten, originell eingerichtet, top gelegen mit kleiner Terrasse (leider ohne Direktausgang von Wohnung) - ideal für den Genuss der phänomenalen Sonnenuntergänge hoch über den toskanischen Hügeln. Und Lorenzo ein so sympathischer, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Neues, wunderschönes Apartment im Herzen von Ravenna. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Super Kommunikation, hilfreicher und freundlicher Gastgeber- gerne wieder!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Bei Maria sind wir in einer gemütlichen, zentral gelegenen Ferienwohnung untergekommen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns freundlich empfangen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Für Fragen konnten wir Maria jederzeit kontaktieren. Eine neue Erfahrung für uns war, daß Maria den Gästekühlschrank mit ausreichend Getränke und eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln gefüllt hat. Welche Großzügigkeit! So haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Abgesehen von der Entfernung zwischen unserer Heimat und Dozza: Urlaub bei Maria - immer wieder gerne.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gabriel . Nous n'avons pas rencontré Gabriel personnellement mais il a toujours été soucieux de notre satisfaction. Ses vélos ont été d'une grande utilité. Le logement est à deux pas de la plage mais un peu loin de la gare et du centre historique de Rimini (25-30 minutes de marche). Seul bémol, la présence de plusieurs chiens (enfermés dans les cours) qui jappent à tout moment. Heureusement la nuit est calme.

Robertos ist ein super herzlicher Gastgeber. Sein Apartment ist ein schöner Ort zum urlauben. Man hat es wirklich zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten bis zum Meer. Dort befinden sich viele Strandbars, wir waren Ende September dort und haben noch 2 offene gefunden. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es einen Mini Supermarkt mit den nötigsten Sachen. Einziges Manko bei unserem Aufenthalt waren die Stechmücken, die besonders morgens und abends ziemlich nervig waren. Aber dafür gab es auch anti mosquito Spray im Hof. Direkt neben Robertos Haus, in dem sich mehrere Apartments befinden, gibt es eine Herberge (ein Hotel). Wir haben davon bzw von deren Gäste nichts mitbekommen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und Roberto hat uns bei allem stets geholfen (Babystuhl für unser Kind, Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet) - wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

My wife described staying here as something out of a storybook! We didn't know what to expect... soon we realized it was better than what we imagined! We were right in the center of it all! Everything was within walking distance and the food was SPECTACULAR! People were incredibly friendly even with a language barrier they always made sure to make us feel welcomed! Our host was always one step ahead and ready to answer any questions. This incredible apartment was impeccable with all the amenities you can think of... not to mention the historical balcony windows that opened up to the vibrant Piazza del Popola (this was such a highlight to our stay). I can't believe we found this rare gem in Ravenna! This will forever be a cherished and unforgettable memory!

Tutto perfetto, alloggio pulito e confortevole. La Sigora Mirna è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Wir haben uns bei Chiara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und süß eingerichtet. Viele Kleinigkeiten wie Toilettenpapier, Salz, Kaffee oder Waschmittel standen bereits zur Verfügung. Chiara hat immer recht zeitnah auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Neben der Beantwortung von Fragen schickte sie ebenfalls Empfehlungen von Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat im Juni ist tatsächlich eine Klimaanlage 😅 darauf hatten wir vorher nicht geachtet. Dadurch das es nur ein Zimmer ist kann man schlecht Durchzug erzeugen. Ansonsten ist die Gegend recht ruhig und man ist in 3 Gehminuten am Strand!

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

Sehr ordentliches und modern eingerichtetes Apartment am Rande von Ravenna. Das Juwel ist definitiv die Dach Terrasse. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr überzeugt. Gerne wieder.

Mi sono sentita come a casa. Raffaella e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili! Tornerò sicuramente. Mi ha colpito anche quanto fosse ben fornita la cucina. Ho molte allergie e intolleranze e quando viaggio cerco sempre un alloggio con cucina per non dover mangiare fuori. Nonostante gli host indichino la presenza di utensili e sale/olio/ecc, mi è capitato tante volte che non fosse vero. La cucina di Raffaella invece era fornita di tutto il necessario e oltre!

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage, der Strand war schnell zu erreichen und auch ein paar gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch wenn wir nicht in der Saison Zeit da waren. Auch ein Parkplatz haben wir immer schnell gefunden. Vielen Dank es war wirklich sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder☺️

Essendo spesso fuori a visitare la bella città, abbiamo utlizzato poco l'appartamento che comunque era molto accogliente e dotato di quanto necessario per un soggiorno gradevole. Consigliato come ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare Ravenna e dintorni.
