Holiday rentals with beach access in Forio

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s place! The sea-facing balcony is brilliant for watching the sunset. The entire place feels very spacious and it is nicely decorated.

Grâce à ce logement très pratique, nous avons pu découvrir la belle île d'Ischia, avec des recommandations de notre hôte également ! Emplacement très pratique sur l'île pour desservir facilement les points d'intérêts avec un arrêt de bus à une rue, sans voiture donc. Balcon très agréable et appartement très charmant. Attention à ne pas éteindre le prise qui correspond au frigo 😅 (il y a des interrupteurs de prise au niveau du plan de travail de la cuisine). Si vous y êtes sensible, il est bon de savoir que la proximité avec la route principale implique des bruits de circulation. Cela ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangées. Nous avons apprécié la résidence, qui est calme, en sécurité et propre. Dans la cuisine, nous aurions apprécié la présence supplémentaire d'un épluche-légumes. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir ! Susanna’s place is in the best location, near good restaurants and shops but it is quiet and has a private sitting area oasis in the back. The place is decorated with care and great attention to details. Everything matches and is aesthetically pleasing but also is very functional. Example, we had four bed pillows, two soft and two firm to choose from. The coffee machine is a nice one and the coffee was great. Even the little espresso cups were hand painted of the local castle. The shower is big with lots of hot water. I can’t think of one improvement that needs to be made. This place is perfect, stay here. Thanks for a lovely stay, Susanna ❤️

Merci encore pour votre accueil! Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Procida et bien trop court. Le logement était super, au calme et parfaitement situé pour pouvoir y accéder à pied depuis le port. Nous avons d’ailleurs tout fait à pied sur l’île depuis le logement. Giuseppe est un hôte extrêmement accueillant, qui nous a donné d’excellentes recommandations. Merci encore! Nous reviendrons à Procida et si possible chez Giuseppe. À bientôt!

Ruggiero est un hôte au top ! Vous pouvez lui faire confiance les yeux fermés. Très accueillant, bonnes instructions, très réactif si besoin, petites attentions (croissants déposés au matin)… Notre séjour ne pouvait mieux se passer. Nous avons réellement apprécié l’appartement et les équipements qu’il offre (terrasse, belle chambre, cuisine équipée) Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce petit havre de paix Merci pour tout Ruggiero 🫶🏼

Great location, great host, and a great vibe. Lots of green, feels private, and sits right on the busy street. Host also gives recommendations with how to get there. Responds very quickly.

What a special place!! Historical building and a view that’s out of this world. The sound of the ocean with the amazing view of Castello Aragonese is just a surreal experience. Gabry is extremely helpful - she waited for us for the check-in and check-out, gave us all the tips on where to park, where to eat, where to visit, and even sent us sweet treats for breakfast. Thank you for everything.

Such an incredibly beautiful setting! And Piero was so incredibly helpful when our ferry was cancelled. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this magical spot again!

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in Procida. Both Marco and his father were beyond kind and helpful to us, we appreciated it so much. The transfers from the port were a huge help with two young children and lots of bags! And it just meant that we were immediately relaxed and could start our holiday on the beautiful Island of Procida straight away. I could not say enough good things about this place or the hosts. A one-off experience for sure.

Eine einfache, aber sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft. In der Küche war deutlich mehr als die übliche Grundausstattung verfügbar: verschiedene Gewürze, Öl, Essig, mehrere Flaschen Wasser genauso wie Kaffee und sogar Nudeln und Sauce. Im Bad gab es auch sehr gute Pflegeprodukte. Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher standen auch bereit, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man sie dann nicht von zu Hause mitschleppen muss. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Marco und seine Familie, die die unteren Etagen im Haus bewohnen, waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichbar - sowohl über die App als auch persönlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Da die Insel so klein ist, kann man von dort aus alle Ecken zu Fuß erreichen. Man darf natürlich keine Angst vor dem dichten Verkehr in den engen Gassen haben - auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis ;-) Ein besonders Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht über die Insel bis nach Ischia und auf großartige Sonnenuntergänge.

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Una mini-casa luminosa, in zona molto centrale ma al tempo stesso appartata e silenziosa. Nelle vicinanze: negozi, ristoranti, porto di Forio, supermercati, fermata autobus. Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

To begin, I have to start this review not on the house, but the hostess. Francesca is truly the best host I have ever had traveling through Italy for the last 10 years. She is kind, caring, informative, generous, talkative, and thinks of every detail. Fresh fruit on the kitchen table, coffee and a moka, eggs from her chickens, she even shared freshly made tiramisù and birthday cake with us! I feel that not only have I found the most awesome house on Ischia, but I made a new friend. Francesca is a SUPER~SUPER hostess. Now the house … the house is simply amazing! Starting with the terrace and the amazing sunsets we witnessed, the house is large and spacious and super clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are large and super spacious. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes, jackets, etc. The bathroom was perfect size, with shower/tub. Great towels and bed linens. Furniture is comfortable and modern. AC installed. Bella casa!

I do not know where to begin - if you are looking at this Airbnb and hesitating to go to Procida… stop hesitating and book this now. The island is unbelievable. The people are extremely kind and hospitable and Vicky & Tarcisio were no exception. We were greeted with such a warm and loving welcome upon arrival and it only got better from there. We felt right at home and realized this place was magical off the bat. The private beach in the back is breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice. The breakfast every morning is served with a smile and is incredible. You can walk to the other side of the island in about 45 minutes. There is so much to see and so many gems - This place is absolute paradise! Thank you Vicky & Tarcisio! We will be back!

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Wonderful stay with Leonardo! It was perfect, short walk from the dock to the flat with my backpack on. Great restaurants downstairs, perfect for exploring Procida.

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Salvatore è stato superiore alle mie aspettative! Prima che arrivassi, nell'alloggio che avevo prenotato io c'è stato un problema nel bagno, così hanno provveduto a trasferirmi in un altro appartamento molto più grande e confortevole, sempre in pieno centro. Non posso far altro che ringraziare Salvatore e suo fratello Michele per la bella sorpresa inattesa, per la gentilezza e la disponibilità 😊

This is a really lovely apartment. It was very peaceful, and the spacious kitchen area was perfect for me and my partner to do some remote working. Andrea is a wonderful host, very responsive and generous. We loved staying here and hope to come again one day. Thank you Andrea!
