This was my second time staying at this place. Amitha is very accommodating—I requested a late check-in around 2 a.m. due to a sudden trip to Windsor, and even though I contacted her quite late at night, she immediately accepted my request and made sure everything was ready before my arrival. Everything was perfect. There were plenty of shampoo and conditioner options, and the warm water and other amenities made it feel just like home. Since I often travel to Windsor for work, Amitha’s place has truly become my second home there. I will definitely stay at her place whenever I visit. Thank you, Amitha, for your wonderful hospitality. You’re a great host, and I look forward to staying at your place again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few day get away and we both loved it. It looks exactly like the photos with great lighting and comfy seating, the beds were really big as well. The floors seemed like they weren’t cleaned the best but it wasn’t too bad and the area was slightly sketchy but a lot of good coffee shops near by. My girlfriend left some of her hair products on accident and they were very responsive and extremely helpful on helping us get them. We loved the place and our stay, honestly would just live there if we could!

This was a great stay! Private enough to feel at home but not so far away from hotspots. Driving to and from the downtown areas was easy. Ayesha and family were very friendly and the room/house never felt too busy or loud or anything. Despite the listing not having "essentials" listed, the bathroom was fully stocked and if we had used the kitchen during our stay, I'm sure we would not have needed anything. Would definitely consider staying here again if we ever go back up to Ann Arbor!

First and foremost, thank you, Sheldon. He was very hospitable, the flat was everything that I needed, and more. The area is very peaceful, safe, and close to downtown and stores. I came in town for Dr. Yah'ki's health conference at Wayne State, and Sheldon's spot was perfect for the weekend trip. Thanks again, and I will definitely use his place next time.
