very nice house and the photos don't make as much as reality. there was everything in the house, super equipped. very nice and peaceful location. Maura is very kind and super responsive. highly recommend

Anna's home gave us a week in paradise. The house is small but functional: from the entrance you find yourself in the kitchen/living room area with sofa bed, the stairs that climb lead to the bedroom in the attic while the stairs that go down to the bathroom (if you have mobility problems it is not the right solution). All made of wood, super clean, and very cozy. The real gem is the location: Gualdera is a real corner of paradise, 3 restaurants and countless walks. From the house you can walk to Fraciscio (with groceries and restaurant) or Campodolcino (offers any solution). There were two of us with two dogs who were also able to enjoy a small green space shared with other houses nearby, with which a beautiful friendly environment is created. Anna was very kind and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Romea&Matteo’s place is beautiful, new and fully equipped to ensure a memorable experience. We felt like home since the very beginning. The hosts were very responsive and always available. I highly recommend this apartment to a group of friends or relatives that want to have good time in Livigno with piece of mind. If I were to come back to Livigno, I would choose Romea&Matteo’s place.

Our stay was fantastic. Plenty of room for the bikes and all. Nice rooms. 3(!) bathrooms. And a nice garden to enjoy the sun.

The house is beautiful (of course you have to get involved with heating with wood and living without a dishwasher). We enjoyed the time very much and would like to thank the host Sandro again 😊 Only small drawback of the house: In November you only have 3 hours of sun. But considering that you live in the mountain valley, that's perfectly fine.

We had a great stay. Nice and peaceful surroundings and things to do nearby. Also some good restaurants at a walking distance. A nice cold beer in the fridge at arrival, which was very welcome.

We had a lovely and relaxing time at this Airbnb. The meadow outside the house was bursting with wildflowers. The lake is only about five minutes away by car, and there are also many hidden streams and a big river nearby. The host kindly offered to start a fire for us when we arrived late. The house itself is very cozy, and you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into it. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment located a few steps from the center. Everything corresponds to the description of Mr. Giuseppe, who has always been very helpful with all our requests. The apartment is really spacious and equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended for groups of friends but also families. Excellent experience, we will definitely contact Mr. Giuseppe for future stays in Bormio.

Chalet Lidia is a wonderful space with incredibly easy access to trails (T-bar 18). The beds were firm with great linens, there’s ample communal space, and the kitchen has lots of tools and pans if you plan to cook. The whole house is clearly treasured by three owner with lots of personal touches that make it feel homey (I’m sure it’s truly home to someone!) I would stay again, and there are a few things I would keep in mind: (1) basic supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels/rags were not provided. The host Marco assisted once we pointed this out, so I would check ahead of time. (2) Driving directly up to the house is not an option in winter due to snow and ice (the driveway is not plowed because it is used by skiers to access trails)

Beautiful and peaceful location with amazing mountain views from the garden. Very well equipped, clean and spacious for our family of five. Great place to be if you want to esacpe the business of Bormio in August but be prepared for the drive up and down the mountain if you want to explore the area. Communication with the rental agency team was excellent, particularly Monica. Many thanks.

Beautiful week spent with the family. Pool shared with neighbors but accessible and pleasant. Clean, large and well-equipped accommodation, only lacks air conditioning for the downstairs bedrooms in case of hot weather. Otherwise very nice!

I had an amazing stay in Livigno! The place was beautiful, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available if I had any questions. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back to Antonio’s house.

This was a magical week! The views were incredible and having your own private beach really topped it all off. We did lots of local activities and went up to the mountains for one of the days. It’s such a special part of the world,

We stayed with our 1 year old son for 7 nights in Marcels Charlet. Our son felt just as comfortable as we did. There were hardly any danger zones for him and so he could feel very free and explore everything that made us relax even more. Location of Charlets is perfect! Actually right in the middle of it all and all the paths were short. We felt so comfortable that we hardly had to leave the place and would have preferred to spend a few more days!!

We had a beautiful and completely successful holiday in fantastic surroundings, we will be happy to come back, thank you very much!
