Great place for my week long trip for bouldering, location is nearby to shops and great restaurants. Was as described with both the normal and sofa bed being good.

Victoria is an excellent host and extremely helpful. The apartment has a cozy feel, was quiet and comfortable, and with a nice private patio to expand the living space on nice days. Walkable to grocery stores, the market, shops and restaurants, bakeries (1 min walk), train station (15 min walk), a wonderful park, and the famous chateau. I stayed here in Fontainebleau for a month for a climbing trip to the Font forest and would easily stay again. Easiest access to Bas Cuvier, Isatis, and Apremont for bouldering.

Perfect accommodation for a stay in the area. Very quiet, it allows you to rest perfectly and enjoy a small garden without overlooking. A wide range of cooking equipment is available, so you don't have to limit your meals. The bedding is of very good quality and the bathroom is very clean and modern. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in the area. In addition, the welcome is very warm. I highly recommend this listing!

Véronique is very welcoming. The apartment is as described. It is very well located, the center of Fontainebleau is very accessible on foot. Parking space is a big plus. The apartment is bright and functional, the only downside is that it is a building with little insulation between the apartments. But that's not Véronique at all! I would highly recommend it.

My daughter and I had a lovely visit. Deborah’s rental was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, decorated nicely, and perfectly located. It felt like a home away from home. She left useful information about parking, restaurants, cafes, and much more. My daughter was excited to go bouldering and she was kind enough to leave specific information for her. Brilliant place to stay, quiet comfortable and well equipped. Perfectly placed to walk everywhere in town, and just a short bus ride from the station. Lots of cafes and food shops nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

This was my second stay here, and it was just as great as the first! The host is fantastic, and the apartment is perfectly located in the city center. It’s well-equipped with all the expected amenities and offers a very comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Very good stay at Anne's, accommodation in line with the photos, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a quiet moment, the breakfasts are very good and hearty.

Very good experience! The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and as described. The location is ideal and the setting is very beautiful. Mohand was available and responsive throughout the stay. Only small downside: a slight lack of ventilation that causes a little humidity in the room — which is quite understandable with the presence of the jacuzzi. Fortunately, the presence of air conditioning and a dehumidifier helps to improve this point.
