Waterfront holiday rentals in Fontainebleau

We had a pleasant evening, everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and as for the bathroom, thank you for the products, it's appreciated. Everything is designed to spend a pleasant evening For relaxation, the sauna is great... as well as the spa The place is quiet and the bedding is of very good quality. I enjoyed hearing the birds sing in the morning Mohand is very attentive and I thank him again for the service rendered without it I would not have been able to come. And thank you for the gift on our arrival, it's very nice. We'll be back, that's for sure . I recommend this love room without hesitation

This is an absolute gem, a stunning little apartment with everything you need right on the river with beautiful views. Couldn’t fault the hosts who were so welcoming and made sure we felt so at home. We appreciated the friendly touches like milk in the fridge and some yummy little treats. The building itself is older and has its quirks - beware the sticky front door when exiting a - but the apartment is like stepping into another world. It’s just perfect. Quite note - take your own hairdryer and travel iron if you’ll need those things.

I appreciated the quality of the kitchen utensils and the superb setting, with the Sunday morning market a stone's throw from the accommodation, the bakery 70 meters away, and the ease of free parking downstairs from the accommodation. The only downside for me was the lack of sound separation between the bathroom and the upstairs bedroom, but it's hard to do otherwise, and it wasn't really a problem.

Welcoming and well organized apartment, close to the train station and the Quai de Seine for beautiful walks as well as by bike (right next to the Scandibérique lane)

Listing as described, very quiet as advertised, ideal for relaxing. Everything was great, clean, well-equipped, and the hospitality was excellent. I recommend it without hesitating!

Had a great stay for our Paris holiday. Took a weekly train ticket for 35 euros running Monday to Sunday. Excellent value and makes Yerres a good place to stay. Bus service mostly good from train station to apartment but several times we had to walk it. Apartment a good size and has a full kitchen. It is good value basic accommodation.

Cute little cottage nearby along the canal for a very pleasant stay in Moret Charlotte and Thomas are very friendly, friendly and have good advice I highly recommend for a quiet weekend with family or friends The outdoor area is actually the courtyard of the guest house but convenient for parking your car NB: this is a Senseo coffee machine and not Nespresso ^^

We had a great time at this house located a few meters from the loing. The garden /courtyard is lovely. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The kitchen and living room ground floor are also well equipped and very comfortable (if we have to point out a possible improvement, the living room could be a little better heated - this may be the case in winter, and the lighting is warmer). Jerome was very attentive and very attentive to our needs.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We love the Fontainebleau area and all the wonderful activities it has to keep everyone engaged, from forest walks, climbing, swimming to restaurants, museums and, of course, Paris a convenient train ride away. Stephane's place is brilliant; at once spacious and cosy, it is fully equipped, both inside and outside, with a gorgeous and expansive garden. It's got great connectivity to everything, but is very peaceful once you go through the gates. The local supermarket and boulangerie and excellent, but it's a short car ride to the nearby hypermarché and a huge choice of other bakeries. As host, Stephane is amazing. Always responsive and ready to help, we felt very welcome and in safe hands. Top notch all around.

Beautiful family home in the countryside, Aurore is responsive and was flexible about our check-in/ check-out times. She had provided a cot and a high chair to welcome us with our 18-month-old daughter. This house is full of children's games, books, it was a real little paradise for our daughter. The house was quiet, with beautiful brightness, the rooms are spacious and well designed for a friendly stay. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook, the house really lends itself to it. The garden is very nice and closed. Perfect for a rural getaway.

Catherine's house is very beautiful, the exterior is beautiful, very wooded. Lots of flowers, it's good to live on a very pleasant terrace, parasol and all. There are plenty of things, the pool is very nice. It is very well heated and very pleasant. There are deckchairs everywhere. There are outdoor games for children, a ping-pong table and a trampoline, access to the river , very nice

Flawless. Like other guests, I'm thrilled with my stay. This one was improvised "last minute" which did not prevent Abdelatif from welcoming me warmly and with a lot of sympathy. Super quiet and peaceful environment.

Eric's apartment is very maintained and located 8 minutes from Vigneux sur Seine train station. I had a lovely stay there and would highly recommend it to all guests.

Nicola was super welcoming and the apartment is beautiful, perfect for one or two people for a quiet weekend outside Paris. Plus the views are incredible!
