Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

3 rue de la poste, Vignevielle is our holiday home in France. It is a beautiful old building that we have made into a small, simple home for the holidays. The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Le Prat de Lacout - Gîte La Bergerie, 10 minutes from Foix

C'est par une petite route qui monte à travers des bosquets forestiers que l'on accède à ce lieu "magique" où la vue sur les pyrénées ariégeoises est à couper le souffle ! Cette ancienne bergerie située à 750m d'altitude, est entourée de prairies et de vallons . La pierre apparente à l'extérieur affirme le caractère traditionnel du lieu. La Era de Cal Peró is a two-storey house with capacity for two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television. You can put a foldatin in case you go with a child. Two large windows allow you to go out to a large terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the entire valley.

We are located in Ogassa, a town with a great history since coal was extracted from its mines in the middle of the century. From here begins the Ruta del Ferro, a bike path that allows you to go to Ripoll, following the old train route. At the top we have the Taga (2035m) that crowns the mountain range.

In a nearby house you will find the farmers who take care of a herd of goats from which they make cheeses. There are also horses, chickens, dogs, vegetable gardens and fruit trees.
