Spectacular views from a unique village house, built into the rock face. Perched in a peaceful mountain village, it's one of the sunniest locations in the area. Both the house and private garden have wonderful mountain views. The house is built into the rock and stays warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a tranquil place ideally located for walking, thermal pools, mountain biking and 30 mins drive approx from ski resorts like Font Romeu. The beautiful Carança Gorge is 12 mins drive away.

Refuge Madeloc - stunning mountain and sea views

Refuge Madeloc is an isolated ecological house high up in the hills (465 metres) with stunning panoramic views of mountains and the Mediterranean. It offers accommodation for 8 in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a guest kitchen. This house is completely self sufficient, with solar panels, and environmental drainage. It is in a protected area, with a nature reserve behind and a marine reserve in front: a paradise for nature lovers, birders, botanists, walkers, runners and off-road bikers.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

On the outskirts of a typical Catalan village, with views of the Canigou mountain and overlooking the vineyards to the Pyrénees, this charming gite is literally a haven of peace and tranquility. Located in Rodés, slightly away from the village. 20 minutes from Perpignan and 10 minutes from Prades, the location is perfect for discovering the many classified sites (Castelnou, Eus, Villefranche...). You will also enjoy Lake Vinça (within a 5-minute walk) for lovers of walks or bike rides. The lake has an inflatable play structure for the children.
