I stayed in the studio for 3 days for work. In the evening, access to the center of Tours is very easy in 15 minutes on foot along the Loire. Maybe a small espresso machine is missing to be really perfect for me. Otherwise Bruno is available and accommodating.

Lucie was kind and hospitable! The apartment itself is centrally located and easy to find. It was clean and very spacious. It overlooks a small square with a few restaurants right below, but it was quiet and peaceful at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you for hosting us!

Extremely comfortable stay in a very pristine and spacious apartment elevated 3 floors up from ground level with a lift. Nice having a long balcony both sides and all the windows and doors had electronic shutters. Our hire car was also secure behind an electronic gate. We only had 3 nights here but wish we could have had a longer stay. Jérôme was the perfect host with very pleasant communication.

Lovely little haven of peace surrounded by a beautiful garden. Florence is very friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure to chat with her. The bathroom sink is very small, but there is also the kitchen area sink, so we can arrange it.

Loved our stay. Beautiful apartment, quiet. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, butcher, everything is within walking distance, including getting to the city center. We were greeted by Virginie, very friendly, her advice served us well. The apartment is very clean and well air-conditioned, private indoor parking. You will not regret staying in this clean, renovated, fully equipped apartment, located in an old historical building, close to all the city attractions and entertainment. Convenient and sufficient parking for small and medium cars. We spent two weeks in Lawrence's apartment and were absolutely delighted with her hospitality and the quality of the apartment! P.S. not for people with limited mobility, as there is no elevator or ramps.

Located in the Historic District walkable to all major attractions, comfortable beds, functional kitchen and nice blankets, couple minute walk to major grocery store and many restaurants.

Very clean apartment, fully equipped, cozy, it feels like home. Small downside on the access to the underground parking which is unclear to park there. We had a wonderful stay!

A real favorite for this apartment! Everything is perfectly thought out: the layout is impeccable, the decoration is sublime and the interior design really warm. The bedding is very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the private courtyard and the spa bath, a real little corner of paradise to relax. The equipment is complete and of high quality, nothing is missing! The location is ideal, a stone's throw from the city center and close to all amenities. A place to recommend without a second thought!
