We invite you to stay in our family pavilion. Named "Manapany"; this 1962 villa has been renovated in a contemporary way and we have created a studio for friends, family... You will be able to benefit from the tranquility and privacy of this studio: totally independent of the rest of the pavilion, directly accessible from the outside. In the opinion of the people hosted: ideal for a romantic weekend or simply a business trip. You will then discover why we are so happy in this house: a quiet area but with all amenities: easy parking, small supermarket 150 m away (open until 8 p.m. and Sunday morning) And above all: less than 3 km from the hyper-centre, bus stop right in front, easy and free parking.

Studio indépendant récemment rénové de 20m2 au sous sol de la maison principale, avec entrée indépendante (chambre et sdb privée). Le studio ne possède pas de coin cuisine. Équipé d'un mini frigo, micro onde, cafetière à piston, bouilloire, thé. Situé au calme sur les bords du Cher et à 7 mn en voiture du centre ville de Tours, à 15 mn en vélo. Donc si vous chercher de la tranquillité à deux pas la ville , c'est ici ! Possibilité de se garer dans la cour de la maison. Terrain fermé.

Studio of 30 m2, cozy and warm. Sleeps 2 adults, see 1 or 2 additional children (mattress possible). Double sofa bed, kitchenette, shower, TV, Wi-Fi. All at the gates of Tours and the major access routes to many tourist sites (castles, vineyards, cellars, etc.). Close to all amenities and 5 minutes from downtown Tours (or 15 minutes by bike!). Basement studio of our main residence but with totally independent access.

We truly enjoyed the Nathalie’s beautiful, clean, peaceful and darling home in Fondettes. She welcomed us and provided everything we needed for a delightful stay. Easy 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Her back yard and patio pleasant for our morning coffee. Everything perfect. I highly recommend her place. Merci Nathalie!!

Yves and his wife were great hosts. We just had a quick stop over, but they were very accommodating and very friendly.
