Great view and friendly hostess. Perfect for switching off for a few days and enjoying the view of the mountains.

We had a great time at Rustichetta. Exactly as in the photos, you sleep very well thanks to the silence and coolness of the apartment. The private parking is very convenient, practically in front of the house. Excellent location for excursions of various kinds in the surroundings, an area rich in nature, art, culture and traditions. In the evening, I recommend going to the village bar, which is a half-minute walk from the apartment. You will come into contact with the locals who will make you feel at home and give you lots of tips on where to eat and where to shop in the area. In general, the whole valley is beautiful and the people who live there are really precious and still "human".

Apart from the beautiful place, with its unique view, the Host was always kind and helpfully for any request. Thanks to this the whole stay has been perfect!

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature", because the lake is right on your doorstep and you can reach it immediately for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily accessible on foot (only a short distance is on the road). The hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

We had a great time staying at the apartment. The location and view are amazing. The apartment is simply furnished, but it has everything you need. Georg was a great host, flexible with check-in and check-out, with great tips for the area and delicious house wine. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully furnished with a lot of love and is in top condition. We especially enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also appreciated the narrower terrace at the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city center and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and there is an underground car park where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you want! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back.

We highly recommend this place! The elevator allows you to quickly and seamlessly move your luggage, there is space for skis in the garage:) The apartment is clean, with everything you need (towels - three per person, gas for the dishwasher and laundry, spices, pots, plates, etc.). Nicoletta explained everything clearly at check-in (but she also left a clear informer that we needed!), she responded to our messages very quickly, nicely and with full commitment, for which we thank you very much ❤️

Beautiful stylish and cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Uncomplicated communication, great area, lots of hiking opportunities, city and nature both just around the corner. The peace and quiet when you sit on the balcony and look out over the vineyards is very grounding, just the right place to recharge your batteries!

It is a beautiful apartment the photos don’t do the view justice it is breathtaking. It is a short drive to lovely restaurants along the lake and not a far drive to lake Garda. We would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

Warm and cozy house that really meets every need, honestly it will be difficult not to compare with other accommodations in the future; unfortunately we did not meet the host in person, but he was always timely in his communications and available for small tips, we will definitely be back!!

It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. We had a great stay. The accommodation was super clean, you could feel right at home. From the terrace, you had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and villages. The garden is well maintained and invites you to relax. There is a restaurant in the village. Otherwise, you needed a car for everything. It was a pity that the strada della forra has been closed since 2023, and so excursions were sometimes a little more difficult. But everything also goes through detours. We would definitely book again and thank you for the nice stay.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

We liked it very much and it was definitely worth every cent.
