This weekend with our childhood friends has turned into an unforgettable memory for us. One of the most important things that made this beautiful experience so special was the sincerity, hospitality and thoughtful hosting of Gül Abla and Ms. Gülşah. The house was spotless, the garden was peaceful, everything was exactly as it appeared in the photos. But what impressed us the most was that Gül Abla greeted us with a warm smile and Ms. Gülşah personally took care of all our needs. At home, we felt like we were not guests, but rather like we were at a family friend's summer house. We couldn't have imagined a better place to meet our childhood friends. Peace, nature, intimacy… It was all there. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. Hope to see you again! 🌿

We had Christmas in a great stone house in the center of Foça. There's everything you need in a home. Very well thought out. It was quite cold because it was the end of December and it warms up late as it is a stone house. But we had no trouble at all because Ms. Nilüfer heard that the air was very cold and bought a heater for us. Very helpful host who tries to find a solution to everything. I definitely recommend it, we will stop by again to enjoy more of the summer. Thank you so much Ms. Nilüfer ❤️

Mr. Reşat's house was more beautiful than it appeared. We couldn't get enough of sitting in his garden. Not only that, he was a complete gentleman of Izmir, he helped us in every way. It was an accommodation we would like to come back to😊

A villa where you can enjoy with your family and friends. There's everything you need in the house. It's very clean and new inside. It has a very large garden. It has a very beautiful garden with its landscape and pool. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away by car for shopping. It's very close to the seal. It takes about 7 minutes by car. I would like to thank Mr. Erim for his wonderful hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking of coming.

House is incredibly beautiful. Actually it was my dream house. If I would ever have an option to build a house it would look exactly like this one😀 We felt there like at home. Every detail is beautiful. It is the best equipped house we have ever rented for vacation. It is easy to get there and hosts are very helpful. If you have a car you can easily get to many fantastic places. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing house! It was perfect vacation.

The location of the villa was a place we visited for the first time. It was a place away from the crowd, traffic and noise, and that was exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we entered through the garden gate, we were greeted by a very well-maintained garden and the pool looked very clean. We were very happy that it was incredibly beautifully decorated as soon as we took our first step into the house. Each room was like a separate world, and we liked the colors used. The most important thing for us was cleanliness, and the cleanliness was well above the average we expected. Since we did not know the area, we asked Mr. Kerem for suggestions and he was very helpful in terms of places to visit. Even when we open the refrigerator, it is such a nice thought that there are cold waters prepared in advance that I cannot tell how it met our needs. If I come to Izmir again, I would gladly stay in this house again, thank you for everything.

We rented the house for 3 people to work remotely for 5 days. It is located in a very quiet and calm environment, which offers a great atmosphere for focusing and resting. The architecture of the house was very impressive and everything we needed was available. The garden was very pleasant, and the internet connection was more than sufficient for remote work. There are grocery stores nearby where you can shop, but transportation without a car can be a bit difficult. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. All kinds of needs have been considered in the kitchen. We would like to thank Ms. Aydan for her hospitality.

Mr. Serkan quickly answered all our questions before, during and after the stay. We did not experience any negativity during our stay as a family with 2 children. She helped us with everything we needed. The house also had all the equipment we might need. It was a really enjoyable holiday.

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

The rooms are quite clean and new. It's exactly the same as in the photo. It has a huge garden in front and the landscaping arrangement is quite nice. Thanks to its central location, you walk to restaurants. Mr. Suat is very hospitable and helpful. I recommend.

Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you felt immediately welcome and at home! Resat is a great, accommodating and outstanding host who rents out his house with all his heart. In the area you also felt right at home, the city and surroundings are magnificent! We will be very, very happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!!!
