House holiday rentals in Foça

We were traveling for work and had chosen this villa. Unfortunately, shortly before our stay, the booked villa had an electricity problem which was immediately communicated by Adilcan. He also had a replacement villa ready for us and we were allowed to enter the booked villa the next day. It is very elevated so it was very windy up there, which Adilcan had also written before. Unfortunately, you could also notice this inside because the blinds and windows rattled and some leaked. Must say that we were there in January (probably not noticeable in the summer). Otherwise, everything was super already furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with automatic coffee machine. The bedrooms on the upper floor had a fantastic room height, each room with electric external blinds. Wifi and smart TV were sufficient, as soon as several devices had connected it partially collapsed. We will be happy to come back.

House is incredibly beautiful. Actually it was my dream house. If I would ever have an option to build a house it would look exactly like this one😀 We felt there like at home. Every detail is beautiful. It is the best equipped house we have ever rented for vacation. It is easy to get there and hosts are very helpful. If you have a car you can easily get to many fantastic places. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing house! It was perfect vacation.

Korel is a very good host, she welcomed us very well, helped us in every way, we are glad to know her, she treated us like a familiar person, not like a host. The house was really clean, there was everything in the kitchen, teapot, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, all the kitchen appliances you can think of were sufficient, also water purifier, hot and cold, all were available, bathrooms were clean, it was very good to have a bathroom in every room, rooms were clean and their size was very good, also there was a dressing room in two rooms and a wardrobe downstairs. The pool heating was very good and the pool was large. We were very pleased, it was a place we would like to go again. We left happy.

I was very satisfied with the stay. Our communication with Ms. Eza was nice. We did not have any problems. The fact that the house is by the sea, its cleanliness, the availability of pizza,burgers, etc. in the seaside cafe makes the place preferable. It's a reliable place where families usually come. The sea gets deeper quickly, but it's clean. 5 minutes drive to the center of Foça and immediately pass the dolmus from the entrance. We will consider going again in the coming years.

Mr. Osman and his wife, Ms. Mürüvvet, welcomed us very well. They did everything they could to help in every matter. They live downstairs, but we definitely didn't feel any discomfort. It has a great garden that comes out with the work of Mr. Osman. We would like to thank you for the treats made from the crops in the garden and for the ones Mrs. Mürüvvet made herself. The pool was always clean. If we go to Foça, we will prefer it again. You will definitely not regret it.

We loved staying here - we felt immediately at home. Great feel to the place - very tasteful decor. Enjoyed eating outside. Perfectly located. As English tourists the only downside was the noise in the street outside (owing to the cobbles!)

ilke's house was really great, a very nice Foça house, the garden is great. The amenities of the house and spending time in it are very enjoyable. The cleanliness of the house, the air conditioning in every room and the fact that all the needs are in the house made our holiday very nice. The only problem is that the neighbor next door lets the kids out at 7 in the morning and the endless noise of the little ones:)

we stayed as a crowded family. If you are looking for both calmness and a beautiful beach and a pool, this place is for you. The kitchen was big and it was advantageous to have a TV. The bedrooms were large enough. The pool is very fun for children. It is urgent to be very close to the center of Datca. It works a lot when you have a good time.

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. I look forward to the day we will go again.

We had a lovely three days. The house was clean and very sweet. It was very good for us that it was so close to the beach. Thanks to Mr. Arkun for making us have a peaceful holiday.

I can say that it is one of the most beautiful places to stay in Foça. The center has convenient parking, and the sea and restaurants are easily accessible. All the amenities mentioned before are available at home, and when we entered, we were greeted with clean smells and the nice note of Mr. İlhan and Ms. Bircan. Ms. Bircan was always in contact with us, even though she was far away, from the beginning to the end of our initiative. I would recommend to anyone.

Everything was very nice. A clean house, a perfect location. The most beautiful beach was 20 steps away. It was a relaxing holiday where we went everywhere on foot, which we enjoyed immensely, and we never took the car out. If we come to Foça again, we will definitely stay at Miniq Home's houses.

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

The rooms are quite clean and new. It's exactly the same as in the photo. It has a huge garden in front and the landscaping arrangement is quite nice. Thanks to its central location, you walk to restaurants. Mr. Suat is very hospitable and helpful. I recommend.
