Eskifoça merkeze 6.5 km dir. Kendine ait araç garajı vardır.. 1 adet geniş ortak çift lavabolu banyosu vardır.. villamızda 4 adet klima mevcuttur.. Şimdiden sizi misafir etmekten mutlluluk duyarız.. Havuz ısıtmamız isteğe baglı devreye alınacaktır..

Guesthouse in the old town

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.

Located in the most famous location of Yenifoça, our house is a 3-minute walk from the beach and it is possible to enter the sea along the entire coast. Both corporate and artisanal grocery stores and bakery are walking distance around our house. Transportation is possible by public transportation from anywhere in Izmir. There is unlimited internet in our house. Multiple options are within walking distance where you can spend your evenings like restaurants,cafes,pubs along the coastline

You will have a great holiday experince in our villa with swimming pool. 4 bedrooms with A/C (Living Room has extra A/C), a huge garden, BBQ, Fireplace etc. Our staff will prepare our villa with high hygiene standarts and everything you need for your staying. Also our villa is next to our other villa 'Magnificent Villa with Swimming Pool' so if you have larger groups (more than 10 person), please ask us. Ask for transfers also.

Our new stone house is fully furnished, it is located 5 hours by Yenifoça highway from Istanbul and 3 hours from Bursa. You can come as a family with our own private pool and children's room with toys. Our house is 10 min away from Oasis marina and 8-10 min drive to private and public beaches.
