A house was prepared for us, spotlessly clean, all the items were very well-stocked. Each room was comfortable, the entire house was very stylish and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were more than good. Cleaning supplies, personal supplies were all thoughtfully prepared. In addition, the pool, the view of the house and the sea are incredibly pleasant. It was a 4-4 vacation, it was complete. We think it is a great experience for crowded groups. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything.

The host, Mr. Murat, was very interested in our stay. She informed and guided us about the neighborhood places to visit and beaches. The house is in a complex and some houses are under construction. The location of the house can be easily found. There are grocery stores etc. in the immediate vicinity. The interior of the house was quite clean and the items were in new condition.

We stayed with our group of friends and everything was really nice. The house was clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Waking up to the sea view in the morning was a special pleasure. We were very satisfied, we recommend it.

The location of the villa was a place we visited for the first time. It was a place away from the crowd, traffic and noise, and that was exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we entered through the garden gate, we were greeted by a very well-maintained garden and the pool looked very clean. We were very happy that it was incredibly beautifully decorated as soon as we took our first step into the house. Each room was like a separate world, and we liked the colors used. The most important thing for us was cleanliness, and the cleanliness was well above the average we expected. Since we did not know the area, we asked Mr. Kerem for suggestions and he was very helpful in terms of places to visit. Even when we open the refrigerator, it is such a nice thought that there are cold waters prepared in advance that I cannot tell how it met our needs. If I come to Izmir again, I would gladly stay in this house again, thank you for everything.

The place was very nice and comfortable to stay in. A bit out of town but overrall close enough to many restaurants and shops. The heated pool was just perfect, especially with the cold weather in the mornings and the nights. Also having Emre living close by the airbnb was extremely helpful for us.

My family and I had such a lovely time at this place. Emir is perhaps the best and most supportive airbnb host I have ever interacted with. Much appreciate all your supports throughout our stay, Emir! With regards to the house, there are some really spectacular features about this house: the view of the sea and mountains, the small garden area and of course the pool were the top marks of it for us. That being said, I also think it should be highlighted that the house do require some maintenance work. During our stay, we noticed that the AC unit in the TV room upstairs was broken, the bathtub and shower drains were clogging up from time to time and the kitchen pots and pans were not adequate for large family stays. Somethings to think about addressing for future. All in all, I appreciate our host and if ever go back to the Izmir region I would definitely love to revisit this place! Kind regards, Ramin

The house is 50-100 meters from Foça-Izmir road and 5 minutes by car to Foça. All the items in the house were carefully selected, new and the house was spotless. Mr. Serhat responded to all our requests within minutes. We had a great time without any problems. Thank you so much.

The house was really great! It was far above our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort and location. Ms. Meltem and Mr. Süleyman hosted us very well and sincerely helped us with everything.
