Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay in the beautiful Floyds Knobs area. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, full kitchen with brand new appliances, huge living room area, patio with views of the woods, and a campsite down by the stream fed from a fresh water spring. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

Fabulous location with amazing views of downtown Louisville, New Albany, and Jeffersonville, as well as Louisville International Airport and even the tote board at Churchill Downs! We were able to book this home in the final hour after a VRBO listing had cancelled on us at the last minute. I was very pleased with the space and served all our needs for hosting a relaxing and fun bachelorette party. Rob was agreeable to letting us arrive early to set up decor and such. We had such a great time at this home!

We absolutely loved Pinehurst Ranch and plan to return within a year or two. We stayed 2 weeks - may stay longer next time. Easy to find location close to everything. Spotless with everything you may need in the kitchen. My husband is 85 and I'm almost 80, so it was great to find a place all on one level that was easy to get in and out of, and I use a walker. Responsive and helpful hosts.
