This apartment was my first home and spent four brilliant years there. It's modern, light and airy and I love it to bits. It's location in Floriana makes it the perfect candidate for visitors. Floriana is green, vibrant and **alive** with its own energy and bustle. The people, the bars, the connectivity here are very special. Also, the capital, Valletta, and all that comes with it, is just 5mins away. Best thing about it: You don't need a car; you can walk or get the bus anywhere.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in this beautiful apartment, which is perfectly located. The main highlight is, without a doubt, the stunning view — but the apartment itself is also spacious, bright, and very comfortable. Everything works well, and the host was incredibly helpful. It was a wonderful base for experiencing all that Malta has to offer.

Charming Cozy Studio in the Heart of Floriana!

Matthew was super responsive. the place was very quaint. walk up to the big red door, open up the door, go up a set of stairs and it opens up to a lovely loft style space complete with enclosed balcony, kitchen, open style bedroom and nice bathroom. the kitchen is fully equipped with hot plate, toaster, microwave, stove and a refrigerator. everything you need to cook and make yourself at home. there were several wall converters in the space so you can use to convert your European or US based electrical needs. the street is small and quaint. very quiet neighborhood. it's a 1/4 mile walk to the old city.

The property is in the perfect location. It’s only about a 5-10 minute walk until you’re in the centre of Valletta. Needless to say the top balcony is great for catching the sun. Only con I’d note is the air conditioning in the main bedroom doesn’t work very well (if at all) so I did have to move onto the sofa bed as it was simply too warm not to have the air conditioning. However, the air conditioning in all the other rooms work perfectly. I never mentioned this to Gwenn and Mel so I can’t fault their hospitality. They were also very responsive with my other questions. If you’re thinking about staying in Valletta, I’d definitely recommend this property.
