Holiday rentals with a patio in Flores da Cunha

It's all great ! Well located :) Very cozy apartment, the only thing I found a little private D+ because there is no view of the city because it is an apartment next to the terrace of the building and with that it blocked the whole view of the windows pointing only to a large wall. I love spaces with a view and even more of a city in which we have a view. Att.:

Unfortunately, I arrived in a very cold time (it reached 0°) and as I am from the Northeast, I felt very cold inside the apartment even with the heaters on. But apart from that point, which is beyond control, I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is cozy, close to a market, a pharmacy and a laundry, and exceeded my expectations. The hosts respond quickly and are very friendly. I highly recommend the site.

Surely the best AIRBNB I've ever looted. Extremely organized, clean, and the hostels were very gentle providing items such as soap, coffee. I really liked that the space offered a garage. At the check in were super flexible and receptive. I loved it and recommend it a lot. If you ever get back to Caxias, I'll be locating again!

The site was extremely clean and well cared for! The atmosphere is spacious (only the room with slightly narrow single beds), very comfortable, pleasant and carefully prepared for the type of stay. The host answers quickly and is super friendly, providing all the necessary items to customers. For us, it is currently our stopping point in Bento Gonçalves! We plan to come back!

The space of Júlio served us very well. We were in town for a seminar at UCS and we were able to walk every day. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable beds with good bedding, blankets and towels. We use the kitchen only to make coffee and heat some food, but it seems to me that for those who need to cook it will serve very well. Service area also complete. Pleasant room with food table, sofa and TV. The bathrooms are gas-heated and just open well and wait for the water to get hot. Building with 24hs concierge, playground, quiet area, etc. In the surrounding area you can easily access to pharmacies and supermarkets. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Caxias do Sul, especially if you go to work and/or need to access the university. As a suggestion, only the provision of a dish rack in the kitchen is available.

This house is impeccable. Surrounded by nature, blessed by a stream and touched by silence. Simple, but extremely cozy, something I had never experienced. Sônia is a wonderful person, she was super attentive and helpful. She maintains this house with great affection, and it is this affection that we receive when we enter that space. The street where this space is located is close to wineries and restaurants, and to make it even more perfect, the weather gave us very low temperatures, we enjoyed everything the property and the region had to offer. It was spectacular. Gratitude to Sônia for hosting us in her loving space.

The stay was great, everything was perfect! We rented the house to spend a family weekend with children, everyone loved it. The house was clean and with everything we needed. Silvia was also kind enough to leave some products for breakfast. I highly recommend it!

I can tell you we had an amazing experience in this house. The house is very comfortable, extremely clean, well decorated and very well equipped, it has everything you need! The excellent location, close to the market, pharmacy and restaurant. Jocemar's service was top, always available, helpful and attentive.

It was 5 months' stay and I have no words to thank for the receptivity. Super organized, clean and equipped apartment. He's exactly like in the pictures. And Dona Clari is the icing on the cake. She takes care of Airbnb, she's super attentive, a love of person. I felt like home and for sure if I need I will return to the ap.
