You truly are right on the edge of the national forest with amazing views of the volcano and lake. All the attractions are nearby and Eduardo can help you plan your days and make great recommendations as well. Make sure to have a 4x4 car as the road going up is steep, but the views are worth it!! All the reviews are spot on! This is our 3rd trip to Costa Rica and we were looking for something a little different than a normal stay at a resort. Eduardo & Marshal (father & son) were the most wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. The house is huge! We enjoyed the balcony the most because you won’t have a better view in all of Costa Rica. It’s phenomenal! Towels were provided for trips to the hot springs. We did a rafting trip with our boys in the area, recommended and booked by Eduardo, that we will always remember. If you want to see toucans flying in the wild…book this amazing place right now. It was perfect sleeping at night. The windows were open, no bugs, and it even felt a little chilly during the night. Extra blankets were provided in all the sleeping areas. Our kids enjoyed the one bedroom apartment up top. The house has 3 separate areas for sleeping and hanging out. We loved it all and wanted to take the dog home with us! We hope to stay again!

Our family truly enjoyed staying at Chiri Glamping. Our son had a great time climbing on the rock wall, swinging, sliding, and soaking in the hot tub. The bed and linens were the most comfortable of all our accommodations in 12 nights in CR - luxurious and plush. The bathroom was surrounded by nature and the shower products were soothing and relaxing, and everyone had their own robe. The essential oils were a nice touch, and the ac kept the room cool and inviting. We cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen, and my husband got an amazing cocktail in the beautiful restaurant. The front desk staff was friendly, thorough, and escorted us to our room. The view overlooks Santa Elena and it was striking to watch the clouds come in and then go out within minutes. This is truly and special experience. We did hear music in the night from a nearby business and there was a bike race in the morning that woke us quite early, but in this convenient to town location, it is inevitable. Recommended!

La Finca Lodge is a true gem, exceeding expectations with an unparalleled experience. From arrival, we felt like cherished family. Magical ATV tours through sugarcane fields to rejuvenating mineral springs, and serene horseback rides exploring the stunning landscape, were incredible. Culinary delights were 'gastro-tacular,' farm-to-table feasts showcasing local abundance. The lodge's authentic focus shone in every detail. Even early mornings were special, witnessing farm life, feeding animals, and tending greenhouses. Leaving was hard, a testament to the profound connection and exceptional hospitality. This isn't just a stay; it's an immersive experience, an invitation to the region’s heart. We left eager to return, immersed in its magic. Without doubt, one of our finest stays, wholeheartedly recommended for an unforgettable retreat. Thank you to Esteban, the family and staff who made us feel at home. Our stay at the “pie in the sky” was awesome. We prefer a slightly more remote place, and this place had it in spades. Insanely beautiful views and perfect for our family as a home base while we were exploring La Fortuna and all its surrounding areas. Would absolutely go back.

la cabaña está hermosa, muy cómoda, acojedora, con todos los servicios necesarios y además está a unos pasos de la reserva de montever y Curi cancha por lo que puedes ir caminando si quisieras. De verdad insuperable 100% recomendada.

At the beginning we arrived at night and honestly I kind of freaked out because it was in the middle of the forest completely dark but in the morning when I waked up everything looked so pretty, we had the chance to see an armadillo, rabbits and a lot of beetles. The chalet was really clean and cozy. If you have the chance to stay there for a night do it you will love the sunset from the bedroom.

Es mejor que como se muestra en fotos! El lugar es muy tranquilo y relajante! La atención del personal súper amigable en especial Flory! Fuimos con las mascotas y fueron súper bien recibidos hasta una cama nos dieron para ellos, la vista y el atardecer desde el lugar es increíble La piscina fresca y los alrededores de zona verde lo que uno necesita para descansar

Es un hermoso lugar rodeado se naturaleza. Muy como y limpio. Cerca de restaurantes y tiendas.

Muy buena relación calidad precio, lo único que tengo para decir que andaba mal el wifi, el resto todo excelente. Super recomiendo!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in La Fortuna! The highlight was definitely the stunning Arenal Volcano views—right in the backyard, it felt surreal. The location was perfect—close to all the best spots in La Fortuna, yet peaceful and private. The house itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

El lugar estuvo genial, cerca de todo, accesible y muy acogedor. Nos gustó lo céntrico que estaba y podías ir caminando a los lugares. Las amenidades estuvieron buenas y cumplió nuestras necesidades.

Hermosa casa, me hubiera gustado pasar mas tiempo en ella . El jardin es hermoso y con una hermosa vista al volcan.

Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist super gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und mitten in der Natur. Die Betten waren super bequem, alles war tiptop sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders die Lage so nah am Nationalpark, mitten in der Natur war einfach wundervoll. Große Empfehlung!!

This place is lovely and the host was very helpful. She booked some tours for us- one was last minute. The pool was fun, but the hidden gem was finding a stack of old National Geographic magazines. We spent a couple (very) rainy evenings thumbing through those magazines and considered it time well spent!

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was incredible. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning feel special. One of the most memorable moments was when a toucan came to visit us right on the property. We were lucky enough to snap some photos. Hopefully I can upload them here somehow. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Ana was very responsive and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. if you are looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended and would love to come back.

This is an excellent place to stay in La Fortuna. Host was very quick to respond & friendly. The house is on the same road of La Fortuna Waterfalls, only a 4-minute drive from the waterfall entrance. And only a couple minute drive (maybe 5 minutes max) to get to downtown La Fortuna for many restaurants. Home is exactly how the pictures show & very clean. The pool is pristine and large. There is also a natural pond on the property, along with a second fish pond. Sounds of running water and waterfalls when sitting outside. Very nice... honestly better than the pictures. We saw birds and butterflies. Very relaxing, a mini oasis! The host helped us at the last minute when plans at another hotel fell thru. I am so grateful. Air conditioning is strong and cold. Kitchen was clean & had everything we needed. Host even has a little welcome pack of goodies in the kitchen upon arrival. Perfect location. Location is near "down town", yet quiet and private. HIGHLY recommend for La Fortuna!! (:

Wonderful host and wonderful location! Thank you Jimmy you helped make our family vacation magical. Great activities all around Fortuna and host helped with them. Amazing relaxing home. Our kids and us loved it. Great for families or couples.

Had a great vacation at this beautiful home, we are a family of 5 with 3 girls (15, 13, and 11). The kids loved having their own room and bathroom. The "kids room" is located in the back corner of the property with the pool in-between the main guest house and the kids room, worked out great for us. We loved the open air outdoor kitchen. House is nicely removed from La Fortuna but the main guest house does back to the road and can hear the traffic, while light, in the evenings and morning while sleeping, not a big issue. We spent our days exploring the area, loved the food at Jalapas, La Fortuna waterfall, rope swing, ATV and Hot Spring combo excursion (La Finca Lodge, check it out! Only 12 people at the hot spring), and Judah set us up on a white water rafting trip that was a blast! Pool was bigger than expected and enjoyed while we were on the property. Used the propane grill and outdoor burners. Beds comfortable. The grounds are very well kept and have a very nice walking path.

Un lugar precioso. Tal cual se describe. Muy privado y la piscina un 10, con su temperatura ideal para el lugar. Todo super limpio, bien distribuido y amplio. Super recomendado. Importante saber que deben registrarse en otro sitio, donde se obtiene el acceso.

We loved our stay at cabin 11. Everything was just as advertised. The view from the back deck was beautiful. It was easy to walk to several restaurants and also a small store where supplies could be purchased. The morning breakfast for $7 was well worth the money. The area was convenient to the main town of La Fortuna. Just a short hike down to the river. We had a wonderful peaceful time!
