Apartment holiday rentals in Florence

Jocelyn was very nice and responsive. She provided great details so we knew what to expect for check in, our stay, and checking out. The place was very nice, located close enough to downtown but also providing some peace and quiet. Parking was a bit of a challenge on a holiday weekend, but we could usually find a space a few streets over.

Very cute and well equipped. We experienced no issues and had great communication with hosts. Of note and it wasn’t a surprise but the bathroom is very small. The rest of the house is spacious with plenty of room for two people. Parking was on the street but we never had an issue parking directly in front of unit. The immediate neighborhood was nice with many newly renovated houses surrounding this unit. The area outside of this block was sketchy. We never felt unsafe and will likely stay here next time we are in Cincinnati.

We enjoyed our stay here. Cole was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly. The place was very comfortable, including the bed and AC units. Everyone in the neighborhood uses street parking, but we never had issues finding a spot. We would stay here again if in the area.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip the day before. I contacted Mareka about the situation, and she was very understanding. Her communication was on point, and she gave very clear instructions. I really wanted to experience the Noah's Ark attraction, and when my family and I do, we will book with Mareka.

I was in town for a wedding at Xavier and this place is literally steps away! It was very clean, bigger than expected, had everything I could possibly need. Also super nice this place has its own private parking area. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around the campus! Last note, if anyone does have a car the sits low, be slightly cautions, the driveway is steep which causes scrapping between your car and the ground. That is not fault to the owners thought, just a heads up!

This was such a nice place to stay. It felt super safe as a girl traveling by myself, and was really easy to find. It was so clean and cozy and even had a welcome sign in the living room with my name on it which was such a sweet touch. 10/10 recommend.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. If needed, I would stay again.

Attention to detail, design, function, privacy, comfort, and all the small things thought of and provided. *these amount to huge things. We have places to go, but honestly, I’m happy hanging out here! We didn’t need to take a trip to the store to create comfort, you already had the essentials and even the extras accounted for. I’d say it’s “curated” vs simply stocked and sufficient. I’m actually going around to see the brand of items you have invested in. The sheets are so soft! Sharp sharp sharp design and use of space! I pray you see a multiplied cash flow grow in your investments! Thank you for sharing.

This place was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, linens and pillows. Plus, with a washer and dryer right in the unit, I only had to pack half as much. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Bruce's place was right down the street from the Creation Museum. It made it super convenient. It is well furnished with everything you need. Just make sure you read that it is down a flight a stairs to get in. You are able to park right there so it wasn't a problem for us. Bruce is responsive, helpful, and personable. The dogs are also super friendly.

This studio is perfect and had everything you could’ve needed. David was an amazing host. Would definitely book again if I find myself nearby

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location from Cincinnati Children’s, nice neighborhood with a local deli that had all the “quick needs” you may need! Stephanie was very accommodating and the place was really nice! Definitely will try to book this specific location again! Thanks guys!

This location was just what we needed! Less than 10 minutes to Cincinnati and less than 2 minutes from the highway. The interior of this location was wonderful. Very clean. Very cozy. Very homey. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Easy to get to and just what we needed for a quick overnight stay for a game in Cincinnati! Beds were comfortable!

awesome place, close to town but secluded, pool and hot tub did not disappoint, cool layout plenty of seating, good ac, loved the projector and surround sound we watched 2 family movies and had a great time, kids loved the love sacs. As fellow hosts nice work

Great location! We walked everywhere. Lola’s for coffee every morning! We enjoyed the gym and hot tub as well.

Great place to stay. Wonderful view from the roof patio. Right near the river and in between the two stadiums. The apartment was very well decorated and felt very comfortable to stay in. Celeste was a great communicator with any questions that we had.

The place is cozy and well located close to everything downtown. Would stay again.
