Waterfront holiday rentals in Florence

Unser Aufenthalt bei Clementina war einfach perfekt. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen. Trotzdessen dass sie mit im Gebäude wohnt hat man zu hundert Prozent seine Privatsphäre. Das Haus liegt mitten auf dem Land in einer wunderschönen Umgebung zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen. Früh am Morgen sieht man die Heißluftballons vom Garten aus am Himmel. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, Decken gibt es reichlich, wenn man aber eine richtige Federdecke mag und mit dem Auto anreist, würde ich sie mitnehmen. Das war das einzige was mir persönlich gefehlt hat. Auf dem Hof leben die drei Hubde von Clementina, die auch frei im Garten laufen, für uns eins der Highlights diese Unterkunft. Der Pool ist sauber und riesig, super zum Schwimmen und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Sowohl für Päarchen, Freundinnen oder Familien geeignet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Je recommande ce logement pour aller visiter Florence (très facile d’accès en train avec des connections très fréquentes) et les alentours. L’endroit est très calme, paisible et on dort au bruit de l’Arno qui coule juste en bas de la chambre. L’accès à la maison est très facile et le coffre à clé très pratique. Le logement est très propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le village est très vivant et vraiment authentique! La communication avec Andrea est très agréable et réactive.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Florence. It is a perfect base for sight-seeing and we appreciated being able to pop back to the apartment during the day if we wanted to. The apartment is in a big building with a lift,which was handy. The apartment was compact but had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy.

Our stay at Valentin’s incredible apartment on Ponte Vecchio was beyond amazing! The home outshined the photos, with a modern aesthetic and a premium luxury resort feel, making it both stylish and supremely comfortable. Valentin was an exceptional host, personally greeting us with refreshing Italian limonatas, water, and even providing Nespresso coffee for our mornings. He shared a detailed guide with fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations for Florence and was always quick to respond, even arranging a taxi for us. We highly recommend this extraordinary place for an unforgettable Florence experience!

What a memorable time we had at this stunning, newly renovated property on the Oltrarno. We felt very much a part of the grandeur of Florence as the apartment is in an absolutely gorgeous historic building. Centrally located, one can easily walk to famous historic sights, wonderful restaurants, and magnificent artisan workshops. The living/dining room is beautifully appointed with a hand painted outdoor scene of the Tuscan countryside, a fabulous entertainment center, and an elegant marble top dining table that easily seats six. Four large windows, with spectacular views of the Arno, add to the charm of this apartment. The attractive, open kitchen is fully equipped and has top of the line appliances. Two lovely, quiet bedrooms, with amazing rooftop views, each have custom closets and modern bathrooms that sparkle “luxury”. Our gracious hosts provided lots of guidance before and during our stay. We treasured every moment and cannot wait to return to this “little piece of heaven!”

El departamento es hermoso y acogedor. Me gustó mucho la decoración y las instalaciones en general, la única desventaja es la ubicación un poco alejada y que no es muy práctico llegar si no alquilas un coche y llevas maletas

I was alone and stayed for seven nights and found it be a great place. Its location just near the Ponte Vecchio, yet in a quieter part of town, is ideal. There are several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main room, which is just big enough to accommodate a large bed, a sofa, a table for two and a credenza has large windows with views of the Arno to the Ponte Vecchio. The air-conditioner works very well. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and while I did not cook, I imagine that it would be serviceable for anyone who wishes to. All in all, Cosimo's place can be recommended.

This had to be one of our favorite Airbnb experiences ever! The apartment is absolutely stunning, with views, views, views—a breathtaking panorama of the Florence skyline and tons of natural light. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything, with a supermarket across the street and the Ponte Vecchio just around the corner. The space was perfect for our large family, beautifully designed with all the necessary amenities and incredibly comfortable beds. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement était impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, très calme, et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre. Mention spéciale pour Stefano, qui a été très attentionné et m’a même raccompagné jusqu’à la gare le jour de mon départ — un geste vraiment apprécié. Je recommande vivement !

We had an amazing extended stay thanks to Erica and Danielle. The space was perfect for our family and the hosts did an amazing job preparing the space for our stay and were very quick to help us with anything along the way. Many thanks to them both and we highly recommend.

Fantastic place. Gorgeous property. Beautifully done and exquisitely furnished. vistas from every room. Light and bright. Birds Eye view of Florence. Gorgeous terrace all along south side facing the hills and homes Bonus terrace that was huge with multiple sitting and tanning areas on the roof with full and easily accessible stairs to it. From there you can see 360 views of Florence. Breathtaking and very special. Planning our return trip already

Lovely place, easy walk from train station. Lots to do and see in the area. Very clean and well appointed place.

We had a 4 night stay at Apostoli Charm in Florence and loved our time in the city. The apt is convenient and just short walks to all the major attractions, as well as the train/bus station if you plan to do any day trip excursions. Quiet area right in the middle of everything….loved it. Carminxa met us during checkin and was so pleasant and helpful. The apt itself is not huge, but it is very comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. It even has a washing machine (which we used after having been in Italy for 10 days and were able to clean some clothes) which worked well…she also has a clothes drying rack. The kitchen is teeeeny tiny….but again, it works. It is fully stocked with stuff if you wanted to cook, but that would be tricky given the small size. Coffee. Fridge. Microwave. Small stove. Wine glasses. Dishes….everything you would need. We highly recommend Carminxa and her property in Florence. You will not go wrong by booking here.

The views are even better than the picture show - this has to be one of the best apartments in the city if you want to look out any window and see one of Florence's many iconic sights. The Uffizi is directly across the street, it looks like you can almost reach out and touch the Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo. You can even see San Miniato al Monte from the east windows. I was traveling with my elderly parents and it was so nice for them to be comfortable and enjoy Florence without having to spend all day walking the city. Highly recommended.
