Apartment holiday rentals in Florence

Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The host, Luca, was one of the friendliest people I have interacted with and he was extremely proactive and responsive. We had flight troubles, so he was very flexible with check-in given our thorough communication. He provided great restaurants and things to do near the property, as well as around the city. The air bnb itself was beautiful. It’s clean, bright, and functional. The location is my favorite because of the privacy. 10/10 experience!

Our stay at this beautiful apartment was nothing short of a dream. It was perfect for my partner and I. The location was walkable to the city center and the hosts were so friendly, giving us so many great recommendations. The apartment itself was perfect for two people and very clean. Hopefully I get to return to Florence soon, and if I do I will make sure to stay here again.

Nice place to stay near the Duomo. Close to the Train Station too, which makes it really convenient. It looks just like the pictures, nice bedroom and bathroom. Felt really safe and at home!

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

We actually were unable to stay here because my husband was hospitalized in Venice. The communication and understanding us having to cancel was tremendous. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved the area and walkable to everything we needed. Also just a couple of blocks from the train station which made this more attractive. Hopefully we will be able to visit someday.

LOVELY, Spacious, Clean home with a beautiful view of the duomo. We loved our stay at Mary + Gio’s. Plenty of room to spread out, good size bathroom + shower. Fully stocked kitchen. The wash machine worked great! The fridge was very clean + lots of room. Comfortable bed. A pull out couch if you need it. We were here in June when it’s hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Mary + Gio gave us great recommendations for booking things in advance which was a life saver- we didn’t have to wait in any lines. They communicated up to our arrival with quick responses. Met us upon arrival to show us how everything works + share info about the area. He also carried all our luggage up the stairs which was really nice. It was walking distance to everything. It took 14 minutes to walk from train station to home. Me + my daughter were here and felt very safe in the home + walking around in the evening. If we come back we will stay here! This is a very central apartment, 15-20 minutes away from all the tourist sights. Cafes and restaurants were only a few minutes away. We really appreciated the early check in and were met by Mikela who showed us around and gave recommendations for great places to eat out at. She also offered to book taxis back to the train station. As described there are a fair few steps to get up to the apartment. But the views are absolutely worth the effort! I’d highly recommend this place if you are in Florence!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming upstairs apartment in Florence! It was the perfect mix of quaint and comfortable — full of character, with lovely touches that made it feel like home. The location was great for exploring the city located within walking distance of all the major sights, cafes, and shops. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for our stay. The check-in was smooth. We'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florence!

Marvellous location and view. Two terraces, one looks at the Pitti Palace and the other at Palazzo Vecchio and Santa Maria del Fiore. When you step outside, you practically step into the historic city, everything is just steps away. Federico was a wonderful host, provided a lot of recommendations (particularly restaurants) and all that we tried of those were very good. The house itself is very old and authentic, and gives you a great feeling of the city, yet it also has everything you need.

Guila had an absolutely beautiful little spot in Florence. The stay was spotless and was exactly as described in the photos. It was extremely comfortable and walkable to the market, restaurants and the duomo. We got to see absolutely everything we wanted to and our host provided us a local restaurant that was by far the best food we’d had in Italy!

Absolutely loved staying at Eugenia’s apartment. Centrally located with a great amount of things to do nearby. Will stay there again, next time in Florence.

Quiet apartment in a stunning area with tons to do! Bernardo was a great host, very responsive and gave great instructions for entry and how to use the various items in the apartment. Just steps from the heart of Florence and next to an amazing gelato shop! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a centralized location that is still quiet.

Delightfully cozy accommodation in a perfect location for all the main city centre sights. Comfortable and peaceful. A true home from home. Breakfast and evening wind down in the courtyard garden surrounded by flowering shrubs and birdsong was a real bonus. Patrizia was the perfect host. Great communication, welcoming, kind and informative.

Lisa is a great host and attentive to guests during their stay. the apartment is bigger than the pictures seemed to be, and is the perfect size for 2 people who like a spacious apartment and room. The wall plugs in the room are mostly a 3 pin euro power outlet, so if you are travelling internationally with a 2 pin travel adaptor, you may need another one, which can be brought at the supermarket next door or closely located technology store.

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

We loved staying with Rosella first of all. The Flat is right at the Heart of florence so you can get to all the sites by foot. We had some great nightouts in the nearby bars and on the balcony with a nice view of the old city center. For everyone coming to florence i can only urge you to stay with Rosella.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
