Annelise's apartment is ideally located. Close to the beach of the chalets but also to the shops, everything can be done on foot. Very warm and welcoming, the apartment has everything you need for a successful stay. AnneLise was very accommodating for an early check-in, very responsive. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in Gruissan, everything was perfect.

We had a great time at this lovely cottage in Gruissan! Very well located, close to everything, with perfect sunshine to enjoy the exteriors. The place is comfortable, well equipped and really comfortable to stay in. A big thank you to our host. We'll be happy to go back!

Charming small fishermen's house, well decorated and well arranged. Attention to detail. Warm welcome and good communication with our hosts. A good base for a few days by the sea and in the historic center of Gruissan.

the accommodation a studio for a couple or a single person. otherwise 50 m from the beach and sea. close to all shops, restaurants and leisure markets every day on the beachfront parking lot. off-season, quiet and serene. i would recommend the studio . Jean Claude is very understandable, assured the well-being of his tenants. it makes itself available as soon as you need the pleasure of returning to St Pierre d 'mer.

Pleasantly surprised by this accommodation which is perfect for a small family with all the necessary equipment, very functional and well arranged. the kitchen is rather large and very useful for those who cook during their vacation. Finally, the hosts were very pleasant and responsive. Thanks to them.

wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.

Very pleasant stay in a clean accommodation, quiet in April, very well equipped and perfectly located on the edge of a large beach. The residence is a 3 min walk to small shops and restaurants, perfect for a week without a car. Gabriel is available and friendly, one more asset for a quality stay.

Lovely time in this simple apartment a few steps from an amazing beach. It's not fancy but has everything you need for a beach stay and the shutters and Aircon are a nice touch.

The place is exactly as mentioned in the description. Laurent's Father is staying next door and he is very kind and well explained about the surroundings. Even though we stayed for three nights but we would like to comeback.

Renovated apartment, sparkling clean and very easy to keep clean. No unnecessary stuff, everything is very functional. Quiet location, private parking outside the door. Beach in 2 minutes, a dune (provides wind protection !!) 5 minutes away. Daily market can be reached in 3 minutes, as well as shops and restaurants as well as sales outlets of local winemakers with very tasty wines. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and flexible.
