The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The home was great. My family and I stayed for 6 nights. The home was extremely clean and cozy. The kitchen was easy to navigate. The living room was comfortable and had a big TV. The bedrooms were a good size and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were super clean and modern. The laundry room was well stocked.

Great place to stay and fish Cayuga and surrounding waters. Decent boat parking and a place to charge. Very remote and private. 10 minutes to the boat ramp. Had a great time and stay. Driveway did have some potholes but they fixed them during our stay.
