The house is in close proximity to, among other things, the pearls Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Grebbestad and Lysekil where Havets hus is located. Really cozy place all year round. Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600 meters from the house

Grocery store, restaurant and a larger shopping center are 10 minutes away by car. The accommodation is a good starting point for visiting Bohuslän's all excursion destinations and fishing communities in summer and winter. Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Terrace, orangery, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and nature plot of about 1500 sqm. Access to high chairs and crib. Close to the sea, cliffs, climbing and beaches. NOTE ➡️The shower is outdoors. Welcome to this unique accommodation with fantastic sea views. Treat yourself to total relaxation with proximity to forest and sea. Walking/jogging just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Proximity to many of the west coast's summer pearls such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping center and road E6. During the peak season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Sunset bench. Welcome!

Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. Approximately 10 km to Lysekil city center. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, A/C and combined microwave/oven. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Somewhat cramped but it works. NOTE: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the middle.
