The Cottage @MP is as close to perfection as you can get. Beautiful, cozy home in a private neighborhood. The home itself is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and inviting. There are helpful instructions everywhere that takes the guess work out of finding your way around the home. Carissa was a wonderful responsive host and made our trip a breeze. Could not recommend enough.

This place truly felt like we were in Sedona. A lot of other airbnbs we looked at were renovated to look modern & I feel like that takes you away from the experience. Linda’s airbnb had a rustic charm that felt so cozy & warm to come back to after a long day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed was massive & SO COMFORTABLE. The skylights were wonderful & the hot tub was the cherry on top. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard which made our lives much easier. The airbnb is minutes from trails & tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Linda is so sweet & an excellent communicator!

What a perfect location for our trip in Sedona! The hot tub was a dream after our long hikes. Bed and linens were comfy. The cottage was very cozy and the host gave us plenty of great recommendations and was very responsive. Parking was super convenient and Uptown Sedona was only steps away! Highly recommend :)

Lovely home in pristine settings. Walkable to cafe, close to trails, overall absolutely beautiful, peaceful and more than we expected. A must when visiting Sedona! Host was responsive, kind, and flexible !

My wife and I just spent a few nights at the Stargazer Cottage in Cornville, AZ and absolutely loved it. The place was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of snacks and a complimentary bottle of wine—which was a nice touch! Check-in was a breeze, and connecting to the Wi-Fi was super simple thanks to the clear instructions from the hosts. The location was perfect—just about 20 minutes from Sedona—with plenty of things to do in the area. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the spa under the stars after a day of exploring. The hosts really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Samuel was an outstanding host. Communicative, quick to respond, and genuinely thoughtful. The house was better stocked than any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The kitchen had every cooking tool and utensil imaginable. There were books, board games, pillows, blankets, and even several types of coffee with multiple coffee makers. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect. The home sits at the end of a long private driveway, making the setting ultra-secluded and peaceful. Inside, the massive fireplace made everything feel cozy and warm. It didn’t feel like a rental; it felt like someone’s actual home. The musical instruments throughout the space, from the piano to (I think) a cello, plus trumpets on the wall, gave it a cool and creative vibe. Overall, a really fun and relaxing experience.

Great place for us to stay at during our first trip to Sedona. The accommodations had everything we needed to make breakfast and some dinners. We enjoyed the restaurant on site too. I liked that it was not right in town. Highly recommend for a couple.

Very nice place to stay when on your way to the Grand Canyon. Has all the essentials for your stop and nice patio. Would definitely recommend.

If you’re looking for a peaceful recharge—this is your place. Fox Lodge is a gem of a property. This home has a huge private backdrop of pines. We spent most our time on their patio. We spotted countless Steller Blue Jays. We listened to the wind dancing through the trees. It was perfection. The patio furniture was very comfortable and we had enough seating for our family of 6 to play games or lounge. The home was immaculate. Cleanliness is our top priority when staying away from home and this place had us all feeling right at home. Our kids had a blast in the loft. Tons of video and board games. Cristy was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had a great time and hope to be back. Thank you Cristy & Keath!

We had a fantastic stay at Brian’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close enough to the busy spots in town for shopping and groceries yet very quiet and relaxing. I especially loved the view from the balcony 😍. All the trails we decided to hike were close by too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area. I booked a weekend trip with my daughter, it ended up snowing the day we went up! It was absolutely gorgeous and the snow had made our trip entirely worth it! The cabin was detailed exactly to the pictures, which was very cozy and clean on the inside! I received help from some of the amazing workers, Sean and Trey, who went above and beyond with their customer service! They both made us feel very comfortable and work well as a team! Everything about our trip was perfect, and the scenery around our cabin was beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this location and the staffs customer service to anyone I know! This is by far my favorite place to stay in the Sedona area! Thank you Don Hoels for making this a memorable trip for my daughter and I!

This was one of my favorites places I've stayed! We noticed right away the quality of the furnishings, and everything was spotless. The layout is well-thought out, and the location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. Despite it being close to another house it is very private and cozy. We will be back for sure!

I don’t know how I stumbled upon this place and it came out such a wonderful time. I will definitely be back. I even stayed an extra three days. I loved it the first cabin so much.

If I could duplicate the simple layout of this little place (and the enclosed patio - what a dream), I would do it in a heartbeat and live there forever. It is the perfect spot for a couple's or solo weekend away - it's quiet, intimate, and feels private despite it being in a "neighborhood". This is one of our favorite AirBNBs we have ever stayed in!

exactly what we were expecting. all clean and tidy. Close from the city center (10m by foot). it's a great place and if I am in Flagstaff again I will go back!

Great location and quiet. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Only wish the windows opened to let the cool air in as the front door opened to a busy street.

Definitely worth it! The private cottage is perfect for two people, and laying in bed I can see a clear view of the mountains. It was right in town, a 17 minute drive to Boynton Canyon Trail, and a 8 minute drive to The Chapel of the Holy Cross. When we arrived there was a deer behind the fence eating some leaves, it was beautiful to be right there in nature. Only thing is I didn’t realize others would be staying at the other properties on the ranch. After looking at the description again I realized that this is part of a bigger property and I should expect others. I didn’t come in contact or see the others, only one night after arriving home I noticed 2 cars in the driveway and it surprised me. All in all the cottage was beautiful and cozy, in a great location and with great views even from the bed inside!

We had rented this unit for an employee who was traveling for work. Host made it an easy transition and communication was always open and timely responses. Location is very convenient and we look forward to returning.

Such a great space in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, quiet & clearly labeled. Host is very responsive & offered great places to dine & explore. We were there for only one full day of our vacation & were able to hike and explore close by. Location is easily accessible & just the right distance from the busy area of town. Lovely place & great host!

We spend one night here after a long day of hiking and shopping in Sedona. The house was clean and has a beautiful view from the patio. Marilyn had the house stocked with individual butter servings, sugar, k-cups and coffee grounds which was great because it meant we didn't need to rush out to the store for those items. The house is close to the downtown strip in Sedona and was about 20 minutes from where we were hiking for the day. Great location and great house!

The location was perfect! It’s a few short blocks to restaurants and shops. I took a pink jeep tour and was able to walk there in under 10 minutes. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I felt extremely safe. I had my dog with me and I loved the views during our morning walk. The home itself is very cute and quaint. Cozy is an accurate description. Dave was quick to reply to my emails and check in was so easy. I do wish the house rules were posted on the listing. I was emailed the house rules only hours before my arrival. I chose this listing for its pet friendliness description. It was fine because I brought a dog bed and plenty of blankets, but the pet rules should be transparent on the listing.

Awesome spot! Will be booking again next time I’m in town if it’s available.
