Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ha risposto subito a tutti i nostri messaggi ed esaudito ogni richiesta. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al mare, ai mezzi pubblici e ai negozi. Tutto è stato comodo e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

Mi sono trovato molto bene, casa come da descrizione, Isabella è stata gentile e molto professionale. Se siete ad Ostia consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per una coppia, posizione ottimale.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Passoscuro dans le logement d'Erika ! Le cadre est magnifique avec la plage accessible à pied et le logement etait impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix et à 30 min de Rome en voiture 👌

He was very cooperative with me and gave me information about the city.and he giv me parking for my big caravan I recommend dealing with him. They were a great couple. Very happy with the stay, highly recommended. Martina was very helpful, very responsive, flat perfectly clean and close to all amenities, including travel to Rome . We received a welcome gift with the personal note, which was very welcoming. If we back to Ostia in a future, we’ll definitely stay here again ❤️

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Квартира была идеально расположена — всего в нескольк. минутах ходьбы от пляжа и местных ресторанов. Очень уютная, чистая и полностью оборудованная для комфортного проживания. Хозяева были невероятно дружелюбны и отзывчивы, всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Ладисполи — это прекрасное место для отдыха, с его живописными улицами, прекрасными пляжами и уютной атмосферой. Мы наслаждались каждым моментом, будь то прогулки по городу или времяпрепровождение на пляже. Вечером можно было насладиться отличной итальянской кухней в местных ресторанах. Что особенно удобно — Ладисполи идеально расположено, если планируешь посетить Рим. Весьма легкий доступ к транспорту (поезда, автобусы), что делает его отличной базой для ежедневных поездок в столицу.Мы арендовали авто и легко добирались до Рима, наслаждаясь как городом, так и расслабляющим отдыхом! Очень рекомендуем!

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es bietet genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt bei Claudio in Ladispoli war einfach klasse. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sauber und alles was man braucht. Strand und Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, mit dem Zug ist man in 20 Minuten am Bahnhof St. Pietro und kann Rom entdecken. Einfach klasse, sich nicht mit Auto in die Hauptstadt begeben zu müssen. Unser Auto stand eine Woche auf dem privaten Parkplatz im Innenhof sicher. Super. Das beste aber: Claudio ist ein toller, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als wir ankamen, war unsere Tochter krank und Claudio ist mit uns in die Kinderklinik gefahren und hat uns beim übersetzen geholfen. Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat immer wieder nachgefragt, wie es unserer Tochter geht. Es war einfach eine Freude, bei Claudio zu wohnen und zu wissen, dass sich jemand um einen kümmert. Vielen vielen Dank für dieses tolle Urlaubserlebnis. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Evde hersey düşünülmüştü. Ihtiyacimiz olan hersey kullanma talimatlariyla mevcuttu. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Very modern and seem very recently renovated. New AC's, huge TV, new walkin shower. and even dimmable led mood light! Mr Lino was very nice and bought a new fill up pool for us to play. Thank you, Mr Lino

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

This house was the highlight of our trip! It was absolutely perfect, comfortable, clean and beautiful right on the beach. It is the perfect place to relax before or after being on an airplane. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making the check in process easy, giving us local recommendations, and making us feel welcome.

Valerio was a great host! The air bnb is in a very cute neighbourhood close to the airport however be aware it is a little more difficult to get into the centre of rome if you would like to take public transportation. Many beaches very nearby and huge apartment for a great very value! Would return!

Perfect location for early morning flight from Fiumicino airport. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Elena was excellent communicator and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Great apartment in the heart of all the action in Ostia. Right across the street from the beach. Many restaurants all around. Great location for airport and the city of Rome with train close by. Would recommend it highly.

Hébergement tout a fait conforme a l'annonce. Proximité de l'aéroport (5km/30e en taxi pour 2 avec 2 valises) très avantageuse. Parfait de chiller à la mer avant un séjour sur Rome Centre. Hôte très reactif. Merci Manuel! A&A

Kleine wunderschöne Unterkunft ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Tagestrips nach Rom perfekt.

On a vraiment aimé l’accueil personnalisé de Stephano et les instructions pour se rendre en transport en commun. Le logement est super beau et très propre, la literie et les serviettes sont immaculées et le lit est très confortable. Les stores assombrissants dans toutes les pièces sont bien appréciés et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. On a vraiment aimé prendre notre café le matin sur le balcon juste en face de la mer (il y a une rue entre la mer et la station balnéaire Elmi, juste en face du logement). On a beaucoup apprécié passer la journée à la station balnéaire, avec une belle plage, chaises et parasols en location. Il y a même un bar à cocktails et quelques articles, tel que sandwiches. On a aussi bien aimé notre souper au restaurant Antico Traiano, à 5 minutes de marche, pour les meilleurs gnocchis à la truffe! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement qui est idéal avant de se rendre à l’aéroport Leonardo di Vinci, qui se trouve à 15 minutes, en voiture.
