Beachfront holiday rentals in Fiumicino

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

The accommodation was very pleasant! Small and cozy apartment with everything we needed, even a sun umbrella for the beach and very close to the sea. It was also convenient to get to Rome. The owner was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Even allowed us to leave the apartment a little late. Thank you! We had a very nice stay!

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. We loved our stay here. It was homely, clean and comfortable. Being near the sea it was cooler than central Rome but well connected by train both into all the sights of the city and by the bargain Cotral bus to and from Fiumicino airport (approx 30 mins) The pretty, shaded balcony was a lovely bonus. Also perfectly situated for visiting the amazing, unmissable Roman site of Ostia Antica. The local restaurant, Freddy’s Bistrot Gourmet was excellent. Luciana was a kind and helpful host, greeted us on arrival, explained everything and answered any question quickly.

We had a great time, we extended the stay. Everything is very clean, Francesco is super kind and friendly, we will be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!

Great location in Ladispoli. Nice and quiet, but only a short walk to the centre. Claudio met me on arrival to show me the property, which was superb. I will be staying here on my next visits and would highly recommend it.

Very modern and seem very recently renovated. New AC's, huge TV, new walkin shower. and even dimmable led mood light! Mr Lino was very nice and bought a new fill up pool for us to play. Thank you, Mr Lino

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

We loved Roberto’s flat! It was perfectly comfortable, and Lido di Ostia was quiet and perfect to explore. The flat is only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, so public transportation to Rome is perfectly accessible and easy, though it is important to keep in mind it will take about an hour to get to the city center. Worth it to get solace in such a peaceful little town, though!

This place was the best home away from home, anyone could ask for. Daniela was Incredibly accommodating, and friendly. From the goodies in the fridge to the lasagna she made for us, it was like stepping into a dream right from the start. I would 100 out of ten, stay here again! Thanks Daniela

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

Fabrizio was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Great place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful beachside town not much in terms of nightlife but a lot of nice restaurants and quiet beaches when we went.

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

Vito is a wonderful host. He was helpful beyond all expectations, friendly, generous, and his apartment is everything you need for a stay in Ostia. I hope to be back again soon!
