Holiday rentals with beach access in Fiumefreddo di Sicilia

Le logement était localisé dans un village pittoresque qui incluait d’excellents restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons profité du bord de mer pour nos promenades. Très bonne localisation. À moins de deux heures du logement nous pouvions visiter les endroits (Siracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna cet) recommandés pour visiter la Sicile. Merci Antonietta pour votre accueil!

Rosanna's place was perfect for our stay. It is a very comfortable apartment, there is a large balcony off the living room and kitchen and also each of the bedrooms has it's own balcony. Rosanna was helpful and so lovely. She also supplied lovely extras of food for breakfasts! The location is also very convenient. Rosanna is a wonderful friendly host. I would highly recommend and would stay here again😊

We stayed with our son at Rosario and Mariela's house for 8 days. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Even before our arrival, Rosario accompanied us, gave us detailed information and helped and advised on every issue. Rosario was always available and helped with joy and goodwill. He always asked if we were missing anything. When we arrived, the best of Sicilian produce awaited us, including pastries, yogurt and milk, a six-pack of water and other products. Rosario allowed us to arrive early and leave later, according to our flight times. In addition, at the end he drove our son to the train station. In conclusion, when we come to Sicily again, we will be happy to return and will also recommend them to friends and acquaintances. Our stay was made extra personal, as Teresa was able to give personal recommendations and good prices for everything. From the beach to day trips to Taormina and so much more. We are truly grateful and look forward to coming back again. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

Valeria’s place is absolutely worth the hype and so is she! She went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. She greeted us at check-in, let us drop our bags early, and even gave us a ride to our boat excursion. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the place was spotless, and the views were unreal. The location is perfect: beach access, mini marts, the Mazzarò Sea Palace for drinks or dinner, and just a 3-minute walk to the cable car that takes you straight into Taormina. On the first night, my sister and I mistakenly ordered an Uber to town for 27 euros and ended up walking 30 minutes back down. Do not do what we did. The cable car only costs about 10 euros round trip. On checkout, Valeria helped us get a taxi and even gave me duct tape when my suitcase ripped. She truly thinks of everything. From the peaceful sounds of the birds to the stunning sea views, this stay will stick with you forever.

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

Alfio’s place is beautiful and situated in a quiet area with lots of wonderful restaurants and friendly locals. Alfio’s father, Mario, was also wonderful and for a small fee, took us out on his boat to explore and swim. Cannot wait to come back to this area when we return to Sicily.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alessandro war sehr kommunikativ, beim Check-in, bei Problemen, beim Transfer unserer Tochter zum Flughafen. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen, ist sie doch gefühlt fast direkt am Meer. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Volker und Iris

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Daniele hat uns sehr netten begrüßt und uns mit Empfehlungen und Tipps für die Gegend beraten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind die Highlights der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und über einen 5min Weg über die Felsen ist man an einem kleinen ruhigen Strand. Große Empfehlung!

Marcellos Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn! 🙂 er ist die Seele der Unterkunft, die sie zu dem macht, was sie ist. Er ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und rücksichtsvoll. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und uns immer perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt. Ab dem vorletzten Tag konnten wir die tolle Plattform für den direkten Zugang zum Meer nutzen. :) Der Zugang zum Meer führt ca 200-250? durch den liebevollen eigenen Garten von Marcello. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, der durch 2 Tore erreicht werden kann. Alles in der Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt gewesen und es gab sehr viel Details.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

Excellent séjour. L’appartement d’Angelo est bien aménagé et décoré avec goût, avec une petite terrasse vue mer. Angelo s’est toujours montré très réactif dans la communication et il est gentiment venu me chercher à Catane à cause d’une grève de train. Je recommande:)

We hebben met ons gezin van 4 een aantal fijne dagen gehad in het mooie huisje. Alles was netjes in orde. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren tegen de muggen en luiken tegen de zon. De tuin is perfect. Goed onderhouden en voldoende privacy. De communicatie met Robert is erg fijn geweest. Hij heeft goede tips gegeven wat we zoal konden ondernemen. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Terasse ist ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht.

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Logement bien placé, à proximité de Catane, de l'Etna, et à 1h de Taormina. Quartier un peu excentré du centre touristique, mais plusieurs restaurants à proximité à Aci Trezza. Excellentes recommandations de visites et restaurants par nos hôtes. Très bon accueil par Julia, nombreuses recommandations et informations détaillées. Logement un peu exiguë si on imagine y rester à 4, mais idéal pour 2 personnes ! Équipement parfait, avec le nécessaire pour la plage, les parapluies si besoin, etc.

excellent séjour chez Palmira. le logement est propre et fonctionnel avec un magnifique terrasse vue sur mer et l'Etna. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles en 5 minutes de transport à la marina de Riposto

Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der den Süden Siziliens erkunden möchte. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich, sauber und schön. Die Kinder waren begeistert.
