Outdoor garden with table and basketball court very close to the Sferisterio 100 meters. (Cairo course). Nearby there are several groceries, bakeries, pastry shops 20 meters away. If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Making arrangements with Silvia is extremely easy and all the interaction is pleasant. The accommodation is very nice, clean and in a beautiful area very close to the center with free parking under the house. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area

Teresa welcomed us, walked through the house with us and explained what we were wondering about. The apartment is clean, spacious and has good AC in all rooms so you get the desired temperature. Outdoor areas were well taken care of and you can see that Teresa cares about her property. The highlight for us was a large swimming pool that was in very good condition where we could play and relax. Teresa and the property receive 6 visitors 10/10 points for this stay! We will come back again! Thank you again for a perfect stay!

We never saw Alessandra, but Peppe, an extremely charming gentleman, warmly welcomed us. The apartment was great. It has two or three different apartments. So, if you think you're getting the apartment with the forecourt, which is shown on the front page, you're in for a surprise. We had a covered, also very nice forecourt, which, for example, the middle apartment does not have. Maybe it's also for general use, I don't know. In general, we enjoyed it very much and I would recommend the accommodation to anyone who likes to have their peace. Thank you Peppe for your hospitality :-)

Very clean apartment with everything you need. Very close to the Sferisterio and also to the Sferisterio parking lot. The stairs inside are a bit high, as mentioned in the ad. You have to be careful, especially downhill. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.
