We, Rob, Stacey, Isla and our playful dog Betsy would love to welcome you to our cozy, sunlit garden cottage. The perfect spot to rest after a day exploring what Cape Town has to offer. We love the proximity our home has to fun Fish Hoek beach and local shops and are happy to share tips, potentially tours, of the surrounding attractions if guests don't mind Rob's booming personality and improv skills! That said, if peace and quiet is all you're looking for, we are more than happy to accommodate!

A minute walk from the beach, this space is ideal for you to recharge and reset. Grab a bit to eat in the picturesque fishing village of Kalk Bay before taking a sunset stroll along the catwalk. With no shortage of activities from a round of golf at the Clovelly Golf Course, spying on the penguins residing at Boulder’s Beach as they go about their business to catching a wave at Muizenberg surfer’s corner. You are perfectly located to take advantage of all the Southern Penisula has to offer.

Spectacular sea views in quaint Kalk Bay

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Kalk Bay Hamster House

A beautiful one-bedroom apartment in the picturesque town of Kalk Bay. An amazing space if you are on holiday or a business trip. Situated 25m from the main road and walking distance from many delicious restaurants. This apartment has its own fully functioning kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a storm or you could order food and sit by the fire for an evening in. It also has its own private courtyard with shutter doors that can be opened all the way to invite the outside in.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

In the winter cuddle up in front of the cozy fire place and watch the whales ad dolphins, and in the summer enjoy BBQs on the decks.
