Completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, tv, AC in all bedrooms, bbq, off street parking in 60 ft. driveway for boats. Located near 3rd st. and 5th st. boat ramps, walk to restaurants, bakery, ice cream parlour, antique stores, shops, museum, park and playground. Includes 2 single person kayaks and 2 bicycles! Bring your fishing poles and fish from the pier! Super comfy! Perfect location!

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

This house is ideal for groups of anglers or anyone looking for a quiet and scenic neighborhood to relax near the lake. There is easy parking for three truck/boat combos in the front with ample outdoor lighting. Amazing scenery with a land preserve and views of Mount Konocti. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! We have designed the house with the angler in mind. We are centrally located, right on the water in Lakeport with breath taking views of Mt. Konocti & Clear Lake. The lake house is well equipped with multiple sleeping arrangements, which includes, 1 queen, 4 twin beds, 2 twin floor mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked. The patio overlooks the channel, it’s a peaceful spot to enjoy the evenings. We hope you enjoy your stay!
