Villa holiday rentals in Filottrano

What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

What more do you need in life than a place like this and a host like Maria? We had a fantastic time in her very authentic Italian former farmer house, with nothing less than amazing views on the valley below. With her advice on go-sees in the area we could choose whatever experience we wanted. Maria went out of her way and made several reservation for us. Very helpful and very warm host!

Gianluca and Valentino are princes! They were flexible and helpful given our late arrival and the house was wonderful. This is a great location to explore Umbria from!

We had a great time at Luisa's house which is even more beautiful than in the photos. Luisa was more than responsive when we asked her for things. The pool is sensational and the calm of the surroundings is great for relaxing. The wifi is a little weak but nothing serious because the important thing is to appreciate the amenities of the house.

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Spacious, nicely renovated house, beautiful garden and large pool. Ideal for inland excursions. Recommended accommodation

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thanks for the lovely stay!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

Beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

Beautiful family vacation. The house is exactly as described, super clean and the welcome was excellent. At the top of a hill you can enjoy a fabulous view, wind that cools hot days, and shade areas near the pool. Everything is perfect!

Lovely place, in the Marche hills. Too lovely, so much so that we spent a lot of time relaxing in the Villa. Too bad about the unpaved Stradello that connects the main road to the villa. Super helpful and friendly host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A beautiful villa with large, well-kept garden, beautiful terrace, pizza oven, barbecue and great pool only 150 m away. Everything was available in terms of equipment. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

If you want to experience the real deep Italy, you must stay in this beautiful, peaceful and comfortable place, the sound of the birds, the wind, the amazing garden with a lot of flowers blooming, make this experience memorable for me and my family, we will definitely come back.

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Marco and Daniela's property and were welcomed by our hosts in a very friendly manner. Everything was explained to us in detail. The equipment of the house is top notch. The kitchen is functionally equipped. The facility is very stylish and modern. The whole house is very clean and very well maintained. The property is fantastically beautiful, very neat and very quiet. The garden invites you to linger and relax. The views are stunningly beautiful with phenomenal sunsets. The absolute highlight is the pool. It was always very clean & well maintained and is huge. Marco and Daniela were always very friendly. They gave us lots of tips to explore Umbria. In addition, they recommended us special restaurants, which we of course also tried. We highly recommend the property and will keep our stay in beautiful memory for a long time.

we throughly enjoyed our time at Jacopo’s property. Breathtaking views overlooking the area with fantastic sunsets and sunrises. Less than a 10 minute drive to the train station and main center of Foligno. we stayed cool with the beautiful pool and outdoor amenities. Jacopo was very responsive (even during a holiday) and willing to help and make suggestions. thanks again!
