The newly completed apartment is located in a recently built building. At the entrance you will find yourself in an open space kitchen, dining area, living area and TV area. The hallway will lead you to a comfortable double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is complete with all appliances: microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cappuccino machine, kettle. Independent heating. On the 2nd basement floor, a garage accessible by elevator.

"Il Mulino" in a quiet village near the sea

The house is an old well renovated windmill. It no longer looks like a windmill as we imagine, but a beautiful city house, nice and functional in the tones of blue and white in a beautiful setting dominated by the cliffs. The thick walls guarantee the cool night even on the hottest days and the children had air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. The hosts are charming and welcoming. The people in the bar next door are very friendly. The figs in the garden are very good. Beaches are a 20-minute drive away. It's truly a place to discover.

Matteo was courteous and helpful and regarding check-in very flexible. When we arrived, we found a breakfast tart. The house is beautiful and very clean and smells especially of history, I highly recommend it!!!!

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It is in a wonderful part of Sassari. It is walking distance to the bus and train stations, and the area is absolutely beautiful, with great restaurants and bars all around. The apartment itself was impeccable. When I arrived it was extremely clean, and it was well stocked with all of the kitchen tools that I needed to prepare meals. The best part was what great hosts Antonella and Alberto are. They were so kind, and very helpful. I stayed for two weeks and they would message me to make sure that I wasn’t having any problems with the apartment or with navigating Sassari. They are great people, and I’m thankful to have chosen their apartment to stay in.
