Attic apartment with 2 bedrooms, large equipped kitchen-living room, bathroom, toilet, solid wood floors, beautiful organic wood furnishings, cozy atmosphere. Located in the old Bergericht, renovated, above the city of Schwaz, under Freundsberg Castle, right next to the Lahnbach. Quiet surroundings, 3 minutes by car to the city center. Apartment with private staircase access via the in-house barn, attention original, but very steep! The bathroom is very small due to the sloping roof, but nice.

It was an all-round perfect stay. We spent 5 days in the apartment and we lacked nothing. Very well equiped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. The whole apartment was super clean. Super uncomplicated contact with the hosts. Apartment is very quiet. Due to the fact that the apartment is located in the "basement", it remains well tempered even at high outside temperatures. Everything you need is within walking or driving distance. I can only recommend it.⛰️🥰

Maja’s place was nicer than in the photos! Absolutely gorgeous view and a wonderful apartment with everything you need for a short or longer stay - we stayed for 3 nights but could easily have extended that to a week+. The location is peaceful and an easy drive from Innsbruck and Alpbach. Maja is a great host and communicator, she introduced herself and was very friendly. We recommend this apartment to anyone!

Actually, everything was great: everything clean, very nice communication, good location, etc. Only the 3rd sleeping option (sofa in the living-dining area) is clearly too short for a normally grown young person/man (height 183 cm).

An absolute insider tip! Peter's idyllic farmyard was exactly what we had hoped for - maybe even better. Surrounded by nature, lovingly maintained and with a unique charm, the farm was the perfect retreat to switch off and feel good. Peter, the courtier, was the icing on the cake of our stay: courteous, likeable and simply a modern, smart guy who immediately conveyed the feeling of real hospitality with his authentic manner. You can tell that he is involved with heart and mind. If you want to experience country life in its most beautiful form, you've come to the right place. Clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

We stayed with Doris for 4 nights. The apartment is nice and modernly furnished, you immediately felt comfortable. Also, everything was very clean. The view from the living room was great. The apartment is also located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped as indicated, but could include a little more accessories here and there (e.g. sharper knife, larger pot with lid, second pan, more bowls). In principle, however, completely sufficient for a short trip. Doris was very friendly and personable and took care of our well-being. You've always got a quick response. Would love to come again anytime.
