Relax in this quiet and authentic accommodation in the middle of the mountains, directly on the cross-country ski trail and with Schlittenberg in the garden and sauna in the backyard. Hochfilzen is located between the two most popular ski and mountain bike areas in Austria, Leogang in the Salzburger Land (about 12 minutes by car or ski bus) and Fieberbrunn in Tyrol (about 8 minutes by car or ski bus). The Buchensteinwand ski area is just a few minutes' walk away, here is also a night toboggan run.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Small cozy cottage near Zell am See!

We rent out our small cottage near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbors (only two other vacation homes nearby!) Simply furnished, one double bedroom, living room with fireplace and two more beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. There's a ladder up! TV + Internet. Small kitchen and simple bathroom! Heating is provided by an automatic pellet stove.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. The apartment is located on the middle floor of the house and can therefore be entered at ground level. The house is in a very quiet location, 600 m from the Steinbergbahn ski lift, which allows access to the Saalbach, Hingerglemm, Leogang ski resort. Behind the house is a large forest and you have a direct view of the Steinberge. Highlight of the apartment is certainly the conservatory and the hot tub. Pool hours: 7 am to 9 pm!
